I order the ribs and they were delicious, fall off the bone tender. Sauce was just right not to sweet or spicy. I've tried several online options and other local roasters but have not found an espresso roast I enjoy more than what's offered here. You only have to talk to Regina for a couple minutes to understand how passionate and knowledgeable she is about her craft. I can't recommend enough! “We were in Middlebury to have warranty work on our RV. Decided to try their pizza on Tuesday. It was delicious and a good price! Since it was so good, we decided to try the wings the next night. They were different than what we have in NC. We like ours cooked where the skin is crispy. Not sure how these were cooked but had to pull the skin off. They should probably cook them in an air fryer to get crispy then add sauce. Would not recommend the wings but the pizza was delicious!”

If I can't get my fortune cookie what has this been all about...? All aside though their food is amazing and I will continue to order from here. Just give us our fortune cookies.”
