“I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I've lived in LA, San Francisco and Detroit, all places that have many food trucks. This is the best food truck I've ever been to. And this is close to the best Mexican food I've ever had, maybe on par.”
“I am not an avid wine drinker but this establishment definitely has more than just wine. There are some select delicious food options to pair with your drinks. There is a variety of wine that changes throughout the seasons and there is something that will suit anyone's tastes. They have a select set of Michigan distilled whiskey/bourbon that are always great to try. My favorite go to is actually a craft beer that is made in Michigan called Orange Whip. The prices are reasonable and staff are very welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend trying here and trying to schedule events!”
“Down home cooking. The wait staff was very attentive. The food was very good and served quickly, nice and hot! Good value for the money spent.Parking: Mid size restaurant, with a gravel parking lot, with lots of parking.Kid-friendliness: Kid menus with games to play and color. Good menu for the young ones, good price point.”
“We came in. Just the two of us, on a Saturday. It wasn't busy when we arrived but it quickly filled up. There was only three employees working but it didn't take too long to get our food. We both got omelets and they only thing I would want different if maybe cooking the peppers and onions a little more before throwing them into the egg... everything else was great!”
“The bartenders and waitress staff are friendly and make you feel at home. The food was well priced and beats going to McDonald’s. The family owned restaurant provides entertainment and the jokes with the regulars make everything seem comfortable.Kid-friendliness: Kids are treated really well here. Every kids menu comes with a treat for the kids. And some very special regulars are treated like family even.”
“The best dive bar in 1000 miles! This place isn’t trying to be anything that it’s not. Everyone is always friendly the drinks are always strong, you can’t beat this place!!!!! They don’t serve dinner food per say, but they do have snacks if the drinks are a little too strong. Pool, shuffle board, touch tunes and dart boards, you can’t go wrong! The bartenders will make you feel at home, and you will want to come back again and again!”
“Bigby Coffee is a gem! Their drinks are top-notch, served by friendly baristas. Speedy service and accurate orders make every visit a delight. And let's not forget the mouthwatering food options—absolutely delicious! A must-visit spot for coffee lovers!Parking: They have ample parking ! No worries there.Kid-friendliness: Of course they're kid friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: It is definitely wheelchair accessible!”
“Consistently better than most mancinos, which are already pretty good, generally.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza, but if you're gluten inclined, get the club grinder.”
“Ordered online, they like to slather on the sauces but it was good, they seem to need help the poor girl behind the counter was having a hard time keeping up with everyone not her ”
“Food was very tasty in my personal opinion for Mickey D's I have eaten at many others but this one has the most flavor of them all. for some reason I ordered a mc double plain just cheese and it was seasoned I didn't know they seasoned their meat....?”
“I have been to Ben's pretzels but not this location. This location was so godly! Service was amazing atmosphere was great especially on me and my ladies anniversary! Thank you all!P.S. THE LEROY'S LEMONADE IS TO DRIVE AND DIE FOR!!! ❤️?❤️”
“Local ice cream joint that has a wide variety of unique flavors. All the ice cream is supposedly locally made, and you can tell the quality when you eat. Some of the best ice cream I've ever had. Creamy and smooth without being full of ice vrystals- bold flavors that aren't overpowering, and fair prices for the quality and quantity you get. Highly recommend!”
“Awesome food! The Turkey Pesto was delicious!! My wife had the Breakfast Panini and said she would definitely get it again. If you're in Shipshewana then I highly recommended you stop in for breakfast, lunch or Coffee and a scone. We had the pumpkin scone today and it was amazing!”
“Such a fantastic little place. Only 3 employees that seemed rushed and not the greatest personalities. You order at the counter and it does take a while. It was before a concert so may have been much busier so not holding it against them. The smashburger was delightful as was the fried pickle appetizer nice and crunchy batter. Ordered fries and got chips but the fries looked good. The orange Creamsicle drink was delightful but reminds me more of a keylime pie vs orange Creamsicle. Definitely a must try little gem.”
“My favorite donuts. Hands down. They need to come to Texas.....Like DFW.....I have investors. I would like to bring diabetes to the great state of Texas!!!!!I love bringing the cinnamon caramel donuts home because my suitcase smells like them for days.”
“Small little breakfast spot. After a long night working 3rd shift we got our fill and food and service was great! Didn't get any pictures of our food because we were just ready to dig in. My boyfriend had dad's Texas hash... I believe?? I had the breakfast burrito, everything was great!”
“Found this quaint little joint. Bar is so cozy and cute. Looking forward to warmer weather to sit outside on the roof top bar.Vegetarian options: The buffalo cauliflower is devine”
“I dropped by for a flight of beers on my way through the area, and I found River Trade to be very pleasant. The staff was friendly, and the interior felt warm and comfortable. I liked the lacquered wood on the bar. The beers were very nice and none of the ones I tried were anything too unusual. My biggest regret is that my stomach didn’t allow me to finish everything or to try their food (I was too full), but everything looked great. Surprisingly enough they had toasted ravioli on the menu, and I’d really like to try that someday. It’s definitely a good place to stop if you’re in the area.”
“Great People, Great Food, Great Place!Souper Brew is one of my very favorite Restaurants, and going there is always a treat. The Owners are wonderful, generous people. The Food and Coffee is very high quality, and tastes as though it was made with love. 10/10 cant wait to come back.Vegetarian options: Plenty of Vegetarian soups! Also, their salad bar is my absolutely fabulous!Dietary restrictions: Extremely Accommodating when it comes to Dietary Restrictions. Almost any Drink could be made Sugar free, and almost every day there is a DF/GF, or Vegan Soup option.”
“Delicious and healthy!!! I love this place!! Their coffee isn’t as good as some other places, but their matcha pumpkin latte and pumping chai is amazing, along with their food! I love that they have a large menu selection. I wish you could order other things than just breakfast stuff on Saturdays, but otherwise fantastic place! Definitely recommend!Vegetarian options: Avocado tomato feta Greek toast, among many other options!Parking: They have a parking lot by their store, as well as a larger one across the small road where the buggies park.Kid-friendliness: This is a great place mostly for business meetings, and adults wanting healthy, delicious food, but the atmosphere and food are child-friendly as well.”
“Great breakfast buffet, we were sat in the carriage for our meal. Place is so clean and the staff are so friendly. We love coming here. Plus we visited the bakery and bought 2 small pies. If you have never been here give it a try, you won't be disappointed.”
“We had family who had pizza from here that they liked. We decided to try this restaurant and are so happy that we did!We each had a whole Italian grinder, but we could only eat half. Danny's makes their own bread, and the sandwich was delicious. We recommend Danny's!!”
“This place smells incredible. The pretzels are fresh and tasty. My wife and I shared a single pretzel ? and iced tea with a cheese dip. We were both full for $7.”
“I love this resturant. All the wait staff are friendly and helpful. Even when they are really busy. Good food.Kid-friendliness: They love kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.”
“We stop in on occasion, my son wanted a "breakfast burrito" and they don't have those.... but they made one for him! My husband said the French toast could have been cooked a little more but our food was great!”
“This is soooo gooood! We came up here from Central Indiana in a whim and saw this place. We got crab rangoons, samurai roll, and the steak & salmon entree with noodles, veggies, soup, salad. I can't even choose what was my favorite it was great. The staff was so nice too!”
“This place is amazing. Great food, great value, great service. We were visiting Shipshewana for the day and decided to try this place out. We were blown away. We will be back.”
“I highly recommend this breeder. The process was really easy and straightforward. We adopted Sammy two months ago and she has been an absolute life changer for us. She’s energetic, smart and avid cuddler. She loves playing with my sister’s dog(Chihuahua/Maltese mix) and they’re best friends. Sammy tries to make friends with every dog, cat and person she meets. Although, as a word of caution for you, if you do not like attention, don’t get a pomsky bahaha. Whenever we leave the house, without fail, a few people will stop to ask me what kind of dog she is hahah.”
“Essenhaus has always been amazing. If the prices were more affordable we would be able to come more frequently. I guess we will have to be satisfied with twice per year.”
“First time there in many, many years. Our server, Jamie, was the absolute best! She was very helpful, pleasant and not rushed. Probably one of the best servers we've ever had anywhere!Very pleasant atmosphere. The food was great. Perch was great and the Trotter Steak was cooked just the way it was ordered. Next time I'm trying the Prime Rib.Highly recommend the carrot cake for dessert! Will definitely be back!”
