Sunday afternoon meal for four and the place was empty…not a good sign 🤔 It took 45 mins for our food to arrive (3 Parmos and 1 Sunday Dinner) and when it came it looked like it had sat under the heat lamps for ages..everything was dried up. And weirdly everything had a taste of fish. No idea why Saltburn Tomohawk is so different from the other branches for food and service.
Beautiful meal served for me and my Husband’s wedding party. Food was beautiful orders were all accurate, lovely cosy atmosphere. Thank you again 😊

Arrived early to our booked time & was seated at 6.45 & got our drinks. The restaurant wasn't that busy yet 40 minutes later we were still sat there waiting for our order to be taken & watched 3 out of 4 other tables who arrived after us get their food orders taken by the same waiter we had & when they took the 4th tables order - we got up to leave, went to pay for the drinks & complain, the lady was lovely & apologetic & waived the cost.
