The staff at McDonald's in ligonier are lazy, don't pay attention, have horrible personalities, and do they even have managers? Its 100 on a Wednesday afternoon, the place was dead, and they still managed to not give me all my food. I was home when I looked in the bag and realized food was missing. I called and the phone rang for 3 full minutes and no one answered. what's it called when a company steals money from its customers?
Service was very slow. Didn't get my food the way I ordered it. Just a unpleasant experience.
Fast, friendly service. The facilities were very clean. Food we got was great.
Way better than the McDonalds in North Manchester.

McDonald's offers a unique dining experience, with some customers receiving exceptional support from staff, making their meal truly great and wonderful. However, others have reported poor service, including lazy staff, incorrect orders, and unresponsive management. On the positive side, the food is often hot and correct, and the ordering process can be seamless and quick. Overall, McDonald's atmosphere can vary, with some customers enjoying a pleasant experience and others eating in the parking lot.
