Having the correct information listed for your business is definitely part of the customer service experience and showing up to a place that is closed when they are supposed to be open is irritating.“

“The food was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We did have an issue with our food taking a long time to be made. We had a very large order and after contacting the manager the next day they made it right. Every business is going to make a mistake it’s how they handle it. That makes a difference.“

“I use this location for large orders to provide lunch for my work. I also Door Dash from this location and eat personally there my self. The food quality is consistent and there service is quick, friendly and reliable. I do highly recommend this location.“

“Their deluxe burger was good, the tomato looks like it was sliced with a laser. The curly fries were cold, my wife wouldn't eat them. They had just put my order on the online pickup shelf so it wasn't waiting for me to get there. Those weren't fresh fries.“

“I said yes, that I recommend, but this is the first time I have been disappointed with my order. Went thru the drive thru. They were very quick to get my order out. I ordered a 2 pc combo with a thigh and leg. I got home and I had a very, very dry piece of breast meat and a leg that looked half eaten. Mashed potatoes and slaw were great. I couldn't finish the breast meat because it was just to hard to swallow. Service was great though!!“

“Mom and I had lunch together at the store in Wabash on the south side a few days ago.Mom had the Chicken Teriyaki Foot Long. Sadly they must have changed the sweet and sour sauce recipe. It was far too "tangy". I don't know what happened.I had the Subway Club or something like that, it had three different types of meat and the fixin's of my choice. It was good. I enjoy eating there now and again.“
