“The staff at this Taco Bell were incredible. The moment I pulled into the drive thru, the woman stated, “Hi, welcome to Taco Bell! How are you doing today?” Rather than asking me right away what I wanted to order, she seemed to be interested in me as a person. This was the first time I have experienced that in a drive thru, and I truly appreciated it. Then at the window, I was helped by Teresa who was so incredibly personable, kind, and sincere. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a fast food establishment, and I want to commend the wonderful staff and trainers for their efforts here. You all are amazing!“

“I'm so BIG on customer service and ALL of the gentleman were A+ on customer service! The greeting, the smiles, the quickness of the food coming out, and the thanking us for coming in! I made a mistake of not letting them know that my husband is allergic to shrimp, and they made it right for us, even making sure he was not allergic to anything else. We definitely rang the bell for GREAT SERVICE! If we are ever passing through again, we will gladly visit again. Thank you gentleman and keep up the great service. Visited today January 19, 2024 at 3:40 PM.“

“The food was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We did have an issue with our food taking a long time to be made. We had a very large order and after contacting the manager the next day they made it right. Every business is going to make a mistake it’s how they handle it. That makes a difference.“

“I will be happy to update my review when you update your hours on Google. Driving to a restaurant to eat only to find out their hours aren't posted correctly is frustrating and inconvenient. Having the correct information listed for your business is definitely part of the customer service experience and showing up to a place that is closed when they are supposed to be open is irritating.“

“I said yes, that I recommend, but this is the first time I have been disappointed with my order. Went thru the drive thru. They were very quick to get my order out. I ordered a 2 pc combo with a thigh and leg. I got home and I had a very, very dry piece of breast meat and a leg that looked half eaten. Mashed potatoes and slaw were great. I couldn't finish the breast meat because it was just to hard to swallow. Service was great though!!“

“Mom and I had lunch together at the store in Wabash on the south side a few days ago.Mom had the Chicken Teriyaki Foot Long. Sadly they must have changed the sweet and sour sauce recipe. It was far too "tangy". I don't know what happened.I had the Subway Club or something like that, it had three different types of meat and the fixin's of my choice. It was good. I enjoy eating there now and again.“
