“Love Wendy's in Rochester. The chili is amazing, the burgers are fresh, the natural lemonade is the best lemonade EVER!! The dining room is always clean and the employees both at the counter in the dining room and in the drive thru always act as if you are the most important customer of the day. The only bummer today was, no coke in the machine.“

“Best Arby's I have ever ate. The food taste fresh. The French fries and cheese sticks were fresh and didnt taste like old grease. I will highly recommend the Arby's in Rochester Indiana. “This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I go here when I’m on the road and they’re always so friendly. The food is as fresh as a can be. I’m serious, it’s as if they made it to order. They even toast the tortillas on the soft tacos and I’ve never had a Taco Bell do this. I haven’t had the kfc side yet however this is a go to restaurant I’ll be willing recommending to everyone I know that comes near here. The food is the freshest you’ll ever have. The orders are always correct never missing anything never an item wrong. COME TO THIS LOCATION. This location deserves more praise than it gets“

“The one in charge was very rude to the lady working! Berating her on front of me. He was acting very unprofessional! She was so sweet and keep a small smile on her face. But I'm sure she was very embarrassed. I won't go back there, to witness anything like that again. He needs reprimanded for his behavior!!“

“I had gone to kentucky fried chicken for dinner this evening and had ordered two chicken pot pies along with other items.
The manager Damon came out and said that they had run out of the pot pies. He offered to substitute other items for the lack of the pot pies, however, that is mainly the reason why I went here for dinner.
I asked about a refund and they said they were not able to do that because It had to go through the app. However, he would work with me if I cared to.
I stated that I would look at the menu and see if there was anything that I would care to order. I picked out four items, which was close in value. with a little more than what my original order was.
Damon ( the manager) said that he would be happy to do the substitution.
I want to commend and applaud his service that he supplied to keep and satisfy a customer. This deserves this five star review. And I want to see credit, given where credit is due to this younger generation.
Damon turned this negative condition to a positive condition and give a paying customer a reason to return and continue business.
It takes time to place a review, but I believe a review should be given where credit is due.“
