I had gone to kentucky fried chicken for dinner this evening and had ordered two chicken pot pies along with other items.
The manager Damon came out and said that they had run out of the pot pies. He offered to substitute other items for the lack of the pot pies, however, that is mainly the reason why I went here for dinner.
I asked about a refund and they said they were not able to do that because It had to go through the app. However, he would work with me if I cared to.

I really like the food there, and the workers are quite nice and helpful, and it’s a pretty chill place to be even when there are multiple other patrons, the wait isn’t very long overall great experience
Front counter person was very friendly. Shift manager was not very friendly and unhelpful with our questions about the app, which we out found they do not take, after she watched us struggle with it for a bit and even asked the counter person for help. They were out of several items including a couple cuts of chicken, drinks, tomatoes and other food items. Music was great
