Chicken Restaurants in Rochester, IN

“I had gone to kentucky fried chicken for dinner this evening and had ordered two chicken pot pies along with other items.
The manager Damon came out and said that they had run out of the pot pies. He offered to substitute other items for the lack of the pot pies, however, that is mainly the reason why I went here for dinner.
I asked about a refund and they said they were not able to do that because It had to go through the app. However, he would work with me if I cared to.
I stated that I would look at the menu and see if there was anything that I would care to order. I picked out four items, which was close in value. with a little more than what my original order was.
Damon ( the manager) said that he would be happy to do the substitution.
I want to commend and applaud his service that he supplied to keep and satisfy a customer. This deserves this five star review. And I want to see credit, given where credit is due to this younger generation.
Damon turned this negative condition to a positive condition and give a paying customer a reason to return and continue business.
It takes time to place a review, but I believe a review should be given where credit is due.“
