Had to cuss one of them fat trolls out today cause she got an attitude with me because I wanted a refund for poor service. She tried to put her hands in my face , and thought that was going to scare me into silence, he quickly found out that I was not the one.

No chicken was ready.. staff was not communicating what was available and what wasn’t very well.. not sure where management was.. seems like they need another person cooking and less standing waiting to assemble the orders.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered two chicken sandwich chicken combo meals. I ordered mine with no pickle. Got them and parked in the parking lot bc we were traveling. A guy came out with another chicken sandwich and said they made a mistake and said he was sorry mine had pickle. I have never had a fast food worker do this. What a nice thing to do!

I drive a semi an they had there dining room closed for some reason but they let me order through the drive thru. Not to many places will do that. Thanks a lot

Just wanted to say Ashton is an asset to this restaurant. Great job on managements part of having them here! Place was clean and food was spot on. I tried to leave a review on kfc site but it didn’t work. Wanted to make sure someone knew how joyful Ashton made the place seem. And good job again on the kitchen. Great food

I was in this store about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I came in and ordered a meal to go. I was informed after that it would be a while because they were making party packs. I nicely asked for a refund because I couldn’t wait that long. The manager told me no and I’d have to wait for my food because her boss was on vacation. Apparently she can’t do returns. (Lie) I ended up being late to work since my food took 20 minutes.I called corporate for my refund and they said the store manager would call me about my refund. No call but they claim they tried to call. I called again after a week because I heard nothing. They resubmitted it and the store manager lied yet again that they already tried to call me. So I called back after another 8 days to be informed that they would skip the manager and go even higher. Hopefully this gets solved because this is no way to run a store/company.

Asked for tacos with no lettuce for the kids. Of course, they put lettuce on them. Raised the price of the party pack, again. That's like, four times in six months. Used to be a deal. Not anymore.

Had a really hot and fresh spicy chicken sandwich. Personally I like lettuce on mine but forgot it only had pickles and the yummy spicy sauce. The drive thru lady was great and we laughed about the hot guy in front of me. lol thanks for a great sandwich
