“I wanted to share some well-deserved praise for an employee named Steven at the fazoli's Kokomo location. My family and I dined here tonight, and Steven provided absolutely phenomenal customer service. Every 20 minutes or so, he proactively checked in on us and every other table in the room to ensure we had everything we needed. It is incredibly rare to find this level of genuine care and attentiveness in restaurants today. Steven clearly takes immense pride in his work and went above and beyond to make our dining experience fantastic. Management should be incredibly proud to have him on the team, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves“

“I was mildly disappointed. The chicken fingers were had were real not processed. That was a plus. The batter they were fried in was bland, so I'm assuming that why it's served with a dipping sauce. I have to be honest, I didn't like it. I was wishing they would have given a more traditional dip. Like honey mustard or barbecue or even ranch. So I had to douse it in salt. To be fare it was OK, but that's where the let down came in. Our friends rave about the place but in actuality it was just ok.“

“I don't ever leave reviews. However Raquel should be praised! I have 6 kids. And she does fantastic customer service wise even with my loud 4 year old and 6 month old! She does absolutely fantastic and doesn't let their loudness affect her. She always has a smile even bringing food (and my baby found her voice lol. So all she does is scream) it was nice seeing her smile and talk to my baby for a second. We always feel so out of place going somewhere to eat because I have an infant. But she did fantastic and I'm so thankful for her ❤️“

“Went here to eat dinner with my family. Darian the manager i think was super friendly, polite, and helpful. Even the waitress that brought our fod was kind. She wore glasses and had a septum. She said if we needed anything else to ask her. I will definitely come back. Great job and excellent customer service. 👏“

“Hardee’s Breakfast is the best, rest of menu not so much. Really wish on weekends they served breakfast until noon like many FL locations do. Also why is there NO sign on the building or at the road here. Have heard many say really? We have a Hardee’s? Where? But seriously breakfast served till noon! Talk to Zephyrhills FL location they kill it on breakfast sales.“

“This is by far the best Arby's in Kokomo. Food was hot,delicious and a great value.The lady at the counter (maybe Abbie) was very courteous. You could tell she appreciated me choosing her restaurant.Its good to see you guys hire more than just teenagers. This lady was a breath of fresh air from what you normally deal with at fast food restaurants. She needs a raise. 5 stars“

“We hadn't been in here for a while. Went back today and received awesome treatment. The gyros are still just as good as always. But the young man that waited on us was over and above. He remembered my name later in our visit and asked me if everything was still okay. We were able to banter a bit with one another which was delightful. I think his name is Rain.“

“I can almost see this Rally's from my front door, so it's super-convenient for me. Probably TOO convenient, as I eat there often. I've been frequenting this location for 13 years now and not one time has my order been wrong, or an item forgotten, or the food not piping hot. It's absolutely stellar. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Fantastic food, service and quality.Best hot apple pies! Best fries! Best cheeseburgers!I do wish the owners would get the lot re-paved and all the dips and potholes fixed, though. It's rough!“

“I went through drive through ordered 6 dollar biggie bag got everything but coke went back got the drink and left I ate 2 nuggets one after I left first time and one second time I get home and pulled meal from bag and damn it's getting bad prices going up and getting lesser and lesser of food I mean hell already get small order of fries but damn this is sad and glad I took picture!.... Now that's a small order of fries for a 6 dollar meal!!“

“On my first order, they messed up on both pizzas and the black forest and ham sandwich, Called and spoke with the manager and explained the problem, he gave me enough credit so I can buy up too the credit amount, I called in about 3 days later and re-ordred the same thing, the sandwich was correct this time. But the pizzas still is not correct so he gave me credit for those two pizzas again.. So I guess I'll try this again soon and find out,,“

“Stopped by after a high school basketball game. It was a couple minutes after 9 pm. We went inside to order because there were three of us and we were all paying separate. One employee obviously didn't want to be there, or at least didn't want there to be customers there and she made it verbally known to all who were within earshot. Maybe she was having a bad day or had a hot date after work?! The rest of the staff were very pleasant! Blizzards were very good!“

“We did a pick up order on Satuday evening. It was ready when it said it would be. We had a quick transaction and were on our way home. Everyone loved their pizza (stuffed crust- half deluxe and half cheese and mushroom) and bread sticks. We will definitely be ordering here again.“

“The specialty food seems always fresh and some is cooked to order. Whopper's, jr's, including cheese/burger's too are juicy n hot, and you can taste the pickles in every bite. Presentation is the key and they nail it every time I go there. Great service all around. By far the best BK in Kokomo“
