My friend and I went into this Steak ‘n Shake today and had an amazing experience! A server named Liz greeted us as soon as we came in, offering to assist us with the kiosk or to take our order at the table if we preferred. She was amazing: very courteous, friendly, and efficient, checking back with us a couple times to ensure everything was OK. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this Steak n Shake in Kokomo and I will...read full review

Steak 'n Shake offers 2 for 1 shakes with fantastic flavors. The restaurant has recently started serving fries in Tallow, which are extraordinarily crispy and flavorful, though they are often quite thin. The venue is very kid-friendly and has a good number of handicap spots, making it accessible for wheelchair users. Customers generally find the service fast and attentive, with employees like Tannis and others helping to ensure a positive experience. Although the restaurant has switched to kiosk ordering, staff members are available to assist when needed. The place is usually very clean, including the restrooms, and the manager is knowledgeable about dietary options, such as gluten-free burgers. However, some customers have noted that the prices may be a bit high for the value, and occasional complaints about the bun have been mentioned. Despite these issues, the friendly staff and clean environment make many want to return for a good dining experience.
