“They still make some mistakes because of cross contamination for allergies,but they do fix it and put notes in and discuss with staff, I am still happy with their service.Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to onion and some garlic they make sure to fix the food (most the times) to help me eat there some mistakes happen and I have gotten really sick but over all they make sure to care for customers“
“I had just ordered 3 pizzas from y'all...we got to the window at 4:17 n they asked us to pull toward cuz it still had 10 min left...it took longer then expected so one of the employees came out n said it had 6 min left n offered us a free drink...this was at 4:40 something.... finally after 5 pm we finally got our pizzas.... Let me tell y'all it was definitely worth the wait...y'all out ur foot n everything into those pizzas.... They were definitely by far the best pizzas we have ever gotten from here... “Every time I go to Black wax, I'm treated so good! They are so sweet, kind and respectful. They always create a special drink for me that used to be on their menu but it was seasonal.
