We always have a good experience at Richards. Also, you get your money's worth. Love the mashed potatoes and they make a good burger. I really miss their salad bar. They had the best cranberry salad. They should sell it as one of their sides. Great chicken but I go there for the liver. No kidding, I love it. The only restaurant I've found that knows how to cook it tender and juicy.

My department had a business lunch here, and it was nice. I ordered the chicken dinner, which had a special that day to include green beans and mashed potatoes. The green beans were pretty good, but the mashed potatoes were rather bland. I did like the chicken; it was not overdone, and the skin was light and crispy.
