Filthy inside. Nobody working the front counter. Mobile order pick up orders are not ever ready on time. I waited 30 minutes for an order that was scheduled to be ready at a specific time.
The NEW manager McKayla (however you spell her name) was extremely rude. She took our order and we felt like we were inconveniencing her. The whole entire time we were there and trying to dine in , all we heard was her swearing, yelling and talking down on customers coming through and even the employees. This kfc is trash. Wait times are always excessive. Sometimes even after waiting 20-30 minutes you still get cold food. You can frequently hear employees swearing in the background. Couple times I've seen employees standing at the window eating while we were in the drive thru. Just poor overall presentation period. I worked for yum brands for 8 years and during my time none of that would have been tolerated. Order accuracy isn't great alot of times either. If this wasn't the only...read full review
