I ordered online and it said my order would be ready at 6:05 p.m. when I arrived the inside of the restaurant was closed so I had to go through the drive-thru. I got my order at 6:35 p.m. and the food was cold

This Arby's cannot get things together, they literally forget about you sitting in drive-thru. Wrong food. Not fresh by any means, cold soggy fries. This has happened all three times in a row I won't be back.

I only use the drive-thru, and it's fine. The wait is not too long, so nothing to complain about. The food seems on par with other Arby's, so you know what you're getting.
