I was so excited at the thought of trying this place. We had driven by it several times and it looked so quaint. Well I wish we would have kept driving! The Portion size of the sandwich was really generous , the fries were bland . Got home and let’s just say the gastric distress was not fun. Normally I wouldn’t think it was the food but my husband also wasn’t feeling great either.

I've been here twice and it's been great both visits. Hubby and I try to eat very low carb and I really like the grilled chicken breast with double green beans. The liver and onions comes highly recommended from the husband. The kids chicken tender meal is huge, two big pieces of chicken and a very generous serving of French fries. They like having it at home reheated in the air fryer. But the real star is the cheeseburger pizza. My 17 year old son said it's the best thing he's ever eaten.

Stopped off for lunch on our way from Ft. Wayne. Don't pause, just go in. Had great specials. Reasonably priced. Enjoyed our well portioned meals.

Great place. Only liver and onions I've found in the area. I'd suggest trying to avoid going when the local drunks are at the bar driving the poor owner/server crazy.

First time today, although I've driven by dozens of time. The breaded tenderloin sandwich was exceptional. Thick, juicy, and larger than the bun. I was a bit surprised at a $1.50 upcharge for everything on the sandwich. Substituting French fries for the chips was a big mistake, today. They certainly were not fresh...cold and crunchy. (They may have been fresh yesterday.) The waitress was pleasant, but after serving the food never once stopped to ask if everything was O.K. or if I needed anything else. What could have been a really good experience was a litttle disappointing.
