I go here about once every week to treat myself so I don't have to cook or just for chocolate custard...YUMMO!!! But boy I so struggle when they mess up an order, which lately seems to be happening more and more....last drive thru order was for a "Rueben Melt Combo" and a quart of their daily flavored custard...almost $18....got my custard at window, sticker #31 on rear view, and a couple mustards n ketchup for fries....waited a few minutes and was delivered my sandwich so I pull out and head home but realized I had no pop...so I turned around and went back to explain at drive thru what happened, and received my root beer. Got home to unwrap Rueben only to find out it doesn't look like the pic on the web nor did it include sauerkraut....I WAS BUMMED OUT but not bummed out enough to head back n complain as gas is $4 a gallon and I just wasn't in the mood.....maybe I should start eating my meals INSIDE....ARGH!!! SO DISSAPPOINTED!!!

After watching 4 cars go through the second lane and the car in front of me saying hello several times trying to get someone’s attention, I had to call to get them to take an order. I would have left but I was in the middle of a row of cars. Pretty sad when I have to call from the drive thru lane to see if you’re interested in taking an order.

Highly recommend! The food was great and staff were friendly. Right after I ordered I witnessed the manager deal with rude unreasonable customer in very gracious, dignified way. Very good manager!

Ordered shrimp and fries to go. Requested no lemon. I got lemon on the shrimp. Had to wait for a refire of the shrimp. Make sure you ck your order before you leave.
do not use drive up unless you want something extra on your sandwich like someones

I found glass in my concrete mixer. Normally we don't have a problem with this location but obviously they don't have good quality control.

Nor the first time I've ordered through drive through and ended up at home without an item. Irritating to say the least. Now I'm leaving my food to get cold to get my missing items. Not to mention I got handed 3 straws with each of my drinks haha 3 drinks 9 straws. Exact reason minimum wage should not be over 10 bucks an hour because they need places for people who can't read a receipt or count straws to work
