This is the 2nd time I've stopped here on my way to Knox and I'll never stopped again. The 1st time I stopped the girl at the counter seemed extremely annoyed that I asked for some donuts. Once I got the donuts they were extremely dry and old. I just thought I'd give them another chance weeks later and same experience. Rude young girls that work there and the donuts were hard as a rock. I'll never waste my time or money again.

I'm not sure what happened today, but the entire experience was horrible. The line seemed to stretch for miles, and I was stuck there forever. After finally getting my coffee/food, I was highly disappointed with the taste of the food (burnt bagel, smashed potatoes, etc.) hope they can improve things for future customers. I will not be returning and wasting my hard earned money. 🛑

I love Dunkin! The drinks are always so nice! But the donuts on the other hand are always so dry and old looking. The past couple of times I've ordered donuts here, they were either out or they were crunchy and old. I will stick with only getting drinks from here. The staff are always so nice and quick though.

This is one of my favorite dunkins, and not just because it's local. It has the most friendliest staff I've ever spoken to. From the speaker, when ordering all the way to the window when they hand you your food. They're always uplifting and have such a positive attitude. I love it!

Long Johns are oblong donuts filled with a white cream frosting type texture. Last time I treated myself to a donut, my one favorite food that I indulge in after getting several tubes of blood taken every month and you had none. The sprinkles on the round ones are not what I consider traditional. The month before that there was nothing inside of what looked like a correctly made long john. How could that be forgotten? That is so not cool. This is not difficult. This is my one treat a month. When I come in next time I hope you have them as everyone knows this is a traditional favorite of many. If you don't have one, you're not gonna be my donut place anymore. If you do I am going to break it open at the counter and see if there is any filling. I so hope there is. Please do this one thing and make my day better because I hate getting blood drawn for labs. It gives me a little something to look forward to. That's twice I've been made sad by your donuts. That's exactly how many times I've been in your store. I'm not gonna get mad. I am just going to be disappointed that a donut place doesn't understand what donuts are and move on to a place in the Fort that I know can handle this sweet, simple task. I just want to be all in for my new community and want to spend my money here. But I don't have to. And yes, I know there are other donut places here. I'm not looking for a fancy creation, I just want the flavor I remember loving as a kid when my dad took me for donuts. If you can't find that in a small town, what does a small town feel like?
