I live a block away, I ordered 1 cold sandwich.. After 30 minutes I had to call and cancel my order. The lady that answered my call was extremely confrontational when I asked for a confirmation of the canceled order so I could get my money back. I will never order from Jimmy Johns again. Rude employees with a sense of entitlement that they don't need their customers. Not surprised

Terrible. I had Nichole’s (what the receipt said) but sure if that’s right but she had red shoulder length hair and as soon as she closed the window she screamed “I HATE PEOPLE” she needs fired.

Those BLT sandwiches last night were inedible. I felt like I was Frenching a pigs****. I have never been subjected such undercooked bacon in my life. If you can't make a BLT then why are you even doing business? Subway is a much better option. Freaky fast? I had a timed order 4 hours ahead of time and I still waited 20 minutes! Get outta town if that's your best!

I can't say much about the atmosphere because I didn't go in, but the drive-thru line moved well, and my online order was ready when I got to the window. The sandwich was good, and I would go back.

I had a #7 my wife had a #9 The subs were good,the staff was friendly. I drove from south Whitley to try them out. The girls at the bank recommended Jimmy John's instead of subway, they said it was much better. There was more toppings but more of a price tag as well. It reminded me of the whopper because of how messy it was. Lots of napkins!!
