I stopped in on way to Warsaw for dinner at exactly 8pm, the floor was soaking wet and very unsafe, then I order a 2 fish 3 chicken platter was told they had no hushpuppies, the filling station all the caps were off went to fill drink and was sprayed with pop, then 20 minutes later after finally receiving food, the fries were ATLEAST an hour old and unateable, the chicken was just as bad had set in the warmer so long you couldn't eat it, the fish wasn't as bad but had been sitting a while as well. The entire meal went in the trash, the manager should be ashamed with serving that type of food. And there were 3 elderly people behind me that they tried to order original recipe chicken and there was NO ORIGINAL RECIPE AT ALL and very limited extra crispy, I could understand closer to closing, but at 8pm when you close at 10pm very sad, will not be stopping there anytime soon.

We love the fish and sides. I wish they would NOT mop the floor with a greasy mop! As a senior, you need to be careful walking on the greasy floor.

We love KFC chicken and the server was very friendly but the seating is in desperate need of some TLC and there was water on the floor that needed mopped
We got our food quickly and it was good. The girl at the counter was friendly and nice. The only bad thing was the floors were pretty slick and I was afraid of falling.. The tables were clean.

Drove 20 minutes one way at 7:30 pm and only got to order 1 thing before getting cut off and getting told to go to the window. Ordered a simple famous bowl with extra gravy. Somehow they still got this wrong and gave my wife a mashed bowl thing instead. What makes it even worse the staff tonight from what i could tell was all adults over 21. 75% of the time either dealing with rude service people or just flat out getting the wrong food/ not getting half our order if we have an order over $50. Which sucks because my wife actually enjoys this place when everything goes well
