First timer at marcos. I was Only customer they had at the time. Took 30 minutes to get cheesy bread. Wasnt very good. Pizza hut is cheaper, faster and way tastier!

The pizza is par for the area, and is generally delivered quickly and the pizza is typically hot. I've ordered from this Marcos dozens of times, not once complaining even if the pizza was a bit cold or lacking of toppings. One of the pizzas on my last order had no cheese on it... my kids had no interest in it and it went to waste. I called, and was told something would be put on my account for a free pizza. They passed me to three different people, the last guy said it should be all set but he'd have his manager look at it. Well, I just called and mentioned it, but was told they didn't see it on my account and had no interest in honoring their word. Any fool could look at my order history and see I am a loyal customer that has never complained, but Mr. Manager did not see value in retaining me as a customer after my negative experience. As a consumer I get to choose where my money is spent, since this business doesn't seem to want me as a customer I'll be giving it to one of the multiple other options in town.

Great pizza, I once used to go to papa John's for my pizza fix but now that these guys are in town I go here. The crust toppers make all the difference in the world

I order from them every few months. If anything is ever messed up, they always make it right. Great customer service. Quality food. My favorite is the Philly Cheese steak pizza; no mushrooms though! Great subs and salads too!

Tried to order a cheese pizza that they had on sale. They told me to sale had ended but 5 min later I drove by there store and the billboard still said it was on sale.. so I called them back... and instead of them honoring the sale they made up excuses as to way the billboard had not been changed. No wonder y they r going out of business... can wait to see what new company will be there next... pizza hut and pizza king r better anyways... only did business there cause of how close it was to my house. I had never ordered from here before. (My mother said they had great pizza and they were very friendly). I told the guy that on the phone. I don't even live in this town. He offered no information on prices, specials or what they even had what's so ever. I was charged over $20.00 for a med 2 topping pizza and bread sticks. I told my mom about my experience with the guy on the phone. She offered a coupon she had. But when she called to try and give him the info on the coupon. He couldn't change it. He couldn't delete my order to ring it right back up the same way. Not sure if he didn't know how or just wanted the extra $10.00. My pizza was awful to make things even worse. It was dry and just short of burnt. They also forgot my garlic butter. Then proceeded to say it was my fault for not asking. I will not be going there or ordering from there again. Hope other people have a better experience than I did.
