I used the app for the first time today. This place does pretty good on the food prep, but this is like the first time in forever their service did not suck. The order was exactly correct, for the first time in forever. I didn't have someone on the other end of the order speaker clearly aggravated at the size of my order. They happily asked if I would like a receipt, and provided it in good cheer. The assumption I'm going to make is that they have one level of service...
Bro this mc donalds deserves an award. They legitimately have to be in the top 1% of mc ds nationwide. My foods always hot and I'm picky so I always have a complicated order, these guys actually know how to read and make my food the way I like it. Kick butt job guys
Back drive threw young lady was very rude and unprofessional. Being a manager at a McDonald's I would have pulled her in the office and had a talk with her!!! Attitude sucked, her service sucked and she did NOT get my order correct and gave me NO receipt to go with the Attitude. NOT HAPPY!!!!
