I love Papa John's but there was a little piece of plastic in my pizza

I received sauces that I did not order, shoved IN my pizza. As you can clearly see, there was plenty of room to set the sauces off to the side of the pizza, where they typically are. The cheese was pulled from two other slices to the one where the sauce is at, so I know it was deliberate.

The staff was AWESOME

Stop saying pizzas are done online when they are not. Id rather sit in my car than go inside to wait. I got kids man. And who puts pepperoni under the cheese? Hows it suppose to get crispy? Also get your pizza cutters sharpened more often

A huge shout out to the young lady working Monday, November 11, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. I messed my online order up and she was able to get my order done in a timely manner for a school celebration! Thank you!!!

Placed a delivery order with Papa John directly on 10/2. Shortly after the order was placed, was notified it was on the way via Door Dash. There was no way the order was ready that quickly. Dasher shows up and said that she verified this was my order and "they" confirmed it was mine, they must have put the wings orders in one box. She handed it to me and left.

I looked at the label on the boxes and it was NOT my order at all. Wrong address, name, phone number! I managed to get a message to the Door Dash girl (again, I did not place my order through DD) to let her know and then called the store.

Maddy - the manager- said I have your order in my hand and I only have one driver, as soon as he gets back, I'll send it to you. Could be 10 minutes, could be 30 minutes. Additionally, I reminded her to make sure the extras I ordered and paid for were delivered as well.

An HOUR later, cold cheesebread, lukewarm wings, no extra sauce we're delivered. The driver says, "I heard you got the wrong order, here." To which I replied it is all cold and useless now.

Called the store AGAIN and Maddy answered. Told her it was cold and I am done with them.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Papa John's- especially in Columbia City- has gone to pot and they don't care.

Just placed a large order for our church and missed paying online, and called and spoke with a woman who was so helpful and kind and helped me correct my mistake. I’m sure they’re busy Christmas weekend but they were so helpful regardless!

Great service! I have no idea why it is rated a 3.9 because it is AMAZING! We always have a deal on the app for a one topping pizza which is great for me to eat like 2 pieces a day and be able to have that for like 4 days! I love to either get just Pepperoni Pizza or a pepperoni and mushroom pizza! Definitely recommend it! (Sorry Papa John’s, I feel bad that you have a 3.9 star review. Hope it helps)
