Last two times I've ordered from this particular location, the pizzas and melts have just barely been cooked long enough to melt the cheese. Feels like the oven speed may be just the bit too fast or something. I prefer the cheese on my pizzas to be thoroughly melted. I have never had this problem until recently.

We ordered a Lg pepperoni with extra cheese and extra sauce. In their comment section, we asked for the pizza to be cooked well done, so that the dough is completely cooked through. We also ordered four ranch dressings and got garlic sauce instead. Normally they read the comments but tonight it was not good.

Waited in the drive thru for about ten minutes and had the guy walk past twice before coming to the window to give us our food just to come home to completely non sauced wings. When I sent my boyfriend back he went inside waited another ten minutes while watching the AGM not wearing gloves and making food before he had to call out and get his attention all the crew was in the back doing who knows what before we got fresh wings. Just really bad service and food all together and won’t be going back for awhile.

Poor service, I was waiting in front of the cashier for 15 minutes and nobody ask me about my order, all the staff was watching that I was there and nobody do nothing, deficient costumer service!!!

Food is usually good. But service is trash. Can never order anything online as both the app and the website constantly have issues of some kind or other. And 9 out of 10 times will charge your card but order won't go through so have to wait for the money to be returned....
