I literally come thru this same Starbucks every weekend on my way to work. I order the same drink, the same way.. I'm spending close to $12 for my drink.. I expect it to be the same thing every single time. And get what I'm paying extra for! This morning, I pull through grab my drink and leave like normal.. get my first drink which is always the best because I love pumpkin and order with pumpkin cold foam.. this drink has NOOO cold foam what so ever. I pay extra for Carmel drizzle, none! My drink taste like coffee watered down with a splash of milk!!! Should I had time to turn around, 1000% I would. There is NOTHING pumpkin or caramel about this drink! Totally disappointed.

This location is BY FAR the best Starbucks location! The most friendly baristas that make the best drinks, you can tell they take pride in their work. The store manager is super sweet too! They are willing to make it right if something is wrong or don't like an item! Wish I could give 10 stars!

I stopped to order a refresher at 1758 on my way home. I'm still sitting here at 1824...no drink. Might be worst service I have ever seen at any facility I have been to. Not one employee has batted an eye or addressed the issue....4 individuals ahead of me walked out... As of 1827...i finally got my single drink.....no kindness inferred no sorry for the wait... I woold not stop at this particular establishment if u want to walk away happy.

I don't often visit Starbucks, almost never. Just not a "Starbucks Guy" but I met up with a friend to have a chat and ordered "do you guys have just a boring black coffee?" Which was honestly some of the best coffee I've had. I typically order plain items because I'm a plain guy and you can tell alot about an establishments quality based off of some of the plain Jane items. This was smooth, non greasy black coffee that quenched my souls thirst. I really needed that Starbucks. Thank you!

I've literally never left a Google review ever but this was so annoying I had to say something. I ordered through door dash as I'm extremely sick and unable to leave the house, and Starbucks is how I treat myself. I always get the same drink, it's a venti iced espresso with my own custom extras. My drink was entirely wrong. Somehow the label was printed correctly yet they made the drink entirely wrong, firstly it was a small hot drink cup that was only half way filled and it wasn't even hot because my iced espresso was supposed to have vanilla cold foam which they put on top of this half filled small hot expresso which made it immediately chunky and cold. But not only was my drink inedible, I also got a cake pop which I took a bite of and immediately spat out because it tasted extremely gross and I look at it and it's completely raw. It's just really upsetting that this is the quality they serve with mobile delivery orders as I've never had this issue picking up in person.

We get by this Starbucks in Columbia City periodically. It is become one of our favorite Starbucks to stop at and we will continue to stop there. As long as the staff is good and they treat you well, we will definitely continue to stop there.

I don’t mind when my drinks take longer than the mobile app states, I mind when my app says my order is “ready to go” and it is not. Waited almost 10 minutes and then requested a refund.
