Twice this past week I waited 30 min for a walk in mobile order. I placed the order 10+ minutes before I got there, so total time was over 40 min. Today was the last straw, I placed it 20 min before my arrival, was not ready when I walked in, and I had to leave for an appt. No one available to ask. Ill never go back to this location.
Second, the atmosphere is awful. No quiet or comfortable place to read. Its like a sterile medical office with yelling staff.

Absolutely the worst experience! The three employees working did not even acknowledge myself and another customer waiting to order a drink inside. One stood there taking a break, glaring as if I ruined his day. Another kept running to the back. Total waiting time for one iced Americano..... 14 mins!!! Wow! Impressive!

I literally come thru this same Starbucks every weekend on my way to work. I order the same drink, the same way.. I'm spending close to $12 for my drink.. I expect it to be the same thing every single time. And get what I'm paying extra for! This morning, I pull through grab my drink and leave like normal.. get my first drink which is always the best because I love pumpkin and order with pumpkin cold foam.. this drink has NOOO cold foam what so ever. I pay extra for Carmel drizzle, none! My drink taste like coffee watered down with a splash of milk!!! Should I had time to turn around, 1000% I would. There is NOTHING pumpkin or caramel about this drink! Totally disappointed.
