I've literally never left a Google review ever but this was so annoying I had to say something. I ordered through door dash as I'm extremely sick and unable to leave the house, and Starbucks is how I treat myself. I always get the same drink, it's a venti iced espresso with my own custom extras. My drink was entirely wrong. Somehow the label was printed correctly yet they made the drink entirely wrong, firstly it was a small hot drink cup that was only half way filled and it wasn't even hot because my iced espresso was supposed to have vanilla cold foam which they put on top of this half filled small hot expresso which made it immediately chunky and cold. But not only was my drink inedible, I also got a cake pop which I took a bite of and immediately spat out because it tasted extremely gross and I look at it and it's completely raw. It's just really upsetting that this is the quality they serve with mobile delivery orders as I've never had this issue picking up in person.

We get by this Starbucks in Columbia City periodically. It is become one of our favorite Starbucks to stop at and we will continue to stop there. As long as the staff is good and they treat you well, we will definitely continue to stop there.

I don’t mind when my drinks take longer than the mobile app states, I mind when my app says my order is “ready to go” and it is not. Waited almost 10 minutes and then requested a refund.

I am not a coffee person, but I received a gift card, so I went to Starbucks to get a chai tea latte. I had some work to do, so I sat in the store while I drank it. The tea was pretty good (not the best I've had, but still enjoyable), and it was a nice clean place. Overall, it was a good experience.

Stopped on our way back to Wisconsin. Easy on/off location. Not far from 30 at all, and there is no backtracking. The store was clean and staff friendly. Drinks were made faster than the estimated time. Parking was easy.

I love CC'S first stand-alone starbucks! They are fast, efficient, and friendly, and always get my order right. You're always greeted when you walk in - even when they are busy.

Terribly slow service. The latte was just a bit warmer than like warm, as if it sat waiting as we did over 10 minutes in the drive thru. The person managing the drive thru window didn't even greet us nor apologize for the exceptionally long wait time. I would not go back here in the afternoon. The crew is terribly slow and not friendly at all. Would not recommend.
