Ordered delivery because my car wouldnt start. I live five minutes away, and they took a whole half hour to deliver after the food was picked up. Food was cold and soggy, and smelled off. We didnt get some of what we ordered either. My partner decided to eat his because we spent almost 50 dollars on the order. He began vomitting profusely and had diarrhea less than an hour later. Extremely disappointed.

After shopping, we had some fast food for lunch at Taco Bell. Of all the others I've been to, as this was my first time at this location, this was okay— so, it was acceptable.
All the food was cooked (most of them probably just warmed up) and served hot! The dine-in area was clean, and its air lingered with tacos and chalupas. The bathrooms, however, were also clean. And that's nice.
I'd recommend ordering fast food from this location's Taco Bell. Because I know the staff takes their time with the food (probably a little too slowly), but it's still decent and hot when ready to serve!

Went to Taco Bell tonight through drive through. Found bugs in the bag with our food. Disgusting and unprofessional the way they handled it. Got a refund but not going back.

This place is fantastic! …. If you like the following… -Standing at the counter for 10+ mins while the employees look at you, but ignore you. -having your food served on a wet tray with no liner while your food is spilled out -stale taco shells -poor food quality -rudeness once your presence is finally acknowledged -all of your sauces squirted onto one singular side of the taco/burrito

I like Taco Bell for 2 reasons: I don't eat meat and can get meatless food, and unlike other fast food joints, they haven't jacked up their prices as much. I can leave having enough food to fill me up and pay less than 2 bucks.
I don't know how to describe this location. All I can say is they need better training and more work on customer service. I can't count how many times they are closed because no staff shows up. I hardly eat here anymore, and when I do, they always (every single time) forget something. It's not worth it to turn around and wait in that line. I just call it a loss.

Drive thru, ordered 4 SOFT tacos, 2 beef, 2chicken to go! Got home with 4 Wraps instead. Food was great but not what I ordered! I live in Columbia city but I won’t go back to Taco Bell! Guess I’ll stick to Arby’s in the future!

Many times we go to this Taco Bell for their food service, and we wait to eat at home as a family. But this time, like a few other times, they didn’t give us napkins… okay. We were fine with that. But they gave us bathroom towels instead and when I called to ask why, they said their “higher up said to use those instead.” I felt kinda gross even eating the food because of that. Why not just do the thing they normally do and just serve no napkins then? Yuck. Don’t want to be reminded of bathroom supply issues when I’m trying to have a quick taco at home because I’m running late.
Oh, and don’t ever use their online ordering. Each time I have, my order is missing at least two things. That means their online ordering plus using door dash, etc. it’s all a disaster and you lose your money.
