Waiting at the counter 5 minutes and nobody waited on me
If I could give zero stars—or negative—I would.
This location is a complete embarrassment to the Wendy’s brand. The level of filth throughout the restaurant was appalling. From the grime-covered soda machine to the foul, unsanitary restroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days (if ever), it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. I genuinely made eye contact with a cockroach—which is more hospitality than I got from the staff.
The employees seemed disengaged and indifferent, and the presentation of the food reflected that same laziness. It felt like no one cared, and frankly, that’s unacceptable in any dining environment.
Wendy’s corporate leadership should be ashamed. This location clearly hasn’t seen a quality inspection—or anyone in authority who gives a damn—in a very long time. If this is the standard being tolerated, something is seriously wrong.
Do better. Customers deserve better..
This place needs to learn time management waiting 20 minutes for a single meal is beyond ridiculous even when they have 5 or 6 people
Bun is hard as a rock! Staff has to wait for Mgr to get out of the restroom as he was not allowed to take our money without her approval. 10 min to make payment. They wonder why no one is coming here. Super nice Staff guy who helped us was awesome.
My mistake. Charge 9.00 for a meal and it's cold and hard! Nothing changes. Poor cook is having to do it all while the other lady just wanders around lost like a Democrat! Mumbling something about just being ridiculous.
I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal last night and the lady charged me $70 for it. Realized her mistake and then got help to also charge me the proper amount for my meal ($11) did not get a refund or explanation for the first charge and I find it on my bank account after they had already closed. I call back today and apparently managers can’t “pull up last nights transactions” and I have to dispute this charge with my bank? Thanks for being so helpful I love being negative in my bank account right before Christmas. Will not be eating here ever again.

Drive thru worker had us pull up, we waited 15 minutes for our food to have someone come out and say “the manager handed the food to the wrong person.” Currently still in the drive thru. Now our order and another strangers order is messed up.

I went through the drive-thru around 10:00 p.m. when the lobby was closed. During this entire agonizing experience they did not have a single additional customer.
I ordered one single cheeseburger. That's it. 15 minutes later I was still waiting and had run out of patience. Of course I honked and waved and couldn't get anyone's attention, so I had to drive around to the drive through again and I told them I had to get on with my life and wanted my money back. Drove to the window again, and still couldn't get anyone's attention. I literally had to get out of my car and bang on the window like a lunatic. Which honestly kind of made me a bit of a lunatic. I finally got someone's attention, they were willing to refund my money, but they could not get it out of the cash register. Another employee came to help, they couldn't do it either. Finally the manager had to come over. At least another 5 minutes has gone by now. At this point no one has even apologized for this horrible service. Finally the manager was able to hit enough buttons to launch a rocket to Mars and get the cash register to open. At this point the manager did apologize and said the sandwich was ready and offered it to me at no charge (if you don't count to 20 to 25 minutes). It still took another few minutes for them to get the sandwich to me. I nearly drove off without it.
That said, it was the most delicious single I can remember having. Very hot, just the right amount of grease and the cheese all melty. I guess that's how it tastes when the cow is butchered just a half hour before.
Now before you go feeling all sorry for them because clearly they hadn't been having any customers so they didn't have any meat on the grill, let me tell you I worked at a Wendy's when I was in high school and college, so I know how this is supposed to work. They are supposed to have fresh meat on the grill all the time. And when it doesn't get used in a burger, it gets thrown in the cooler and put into the chili. Very efficient. And I know that even if they didn't have any meat on the grill, it does not take anybody 15 minutes to get a single done when the grill is hot, the meat is fresh (never frozen - that used to be true anyway), and they press the living daylights out of it to keep it thin and flat. Nor would we EVER have let a customer wait for food for 15 minutes without a single word, a comp card for future food, and their current meal free. That's what customer service used to look like. And that's how Wendy's used to be run.
So do not go here unless you are prepared to be ignored for a long time.
Also, if you're a meathead and looking for a place to burgle, do not try this Wendy's. They cannot get the registers open. I imagine opening the safe would take about a day and a half. The cops will be there for sure before you get any loot.

Love eating Wendy’s never had a problem with their food, just gotta figure out their card reader, 5th time it’s happened solely at this location at spread out times and with whole different banks

Worst place to eat at in town...please stay away from this place there service is the worst

I enjoy going in to eat. I love the bake potato with cheese. My daughter loves the drink device touch screen can add flavor to almost any drink. It's an excellent verity and sweet change to normal 5 drinks you can only order at most fast food places. They cook our food fresh so it my take a little longer to get but it's worth the fresh cook meal, compared to warmed up food.
Kid-friendliness: My kid loves the comfort chairs by the fire place. She enjoys free wifi and loves the free style pop machine with all the different flavors. The new Halloween toys are so cute we hope to collect them all.
Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room inside for wheelchair access and lots of tables with chairs easy to move so you can eat were you want.

I ordered a nugget meal the first bite I took I instantly knew these nuggets were completely raw . The meat was gooey and pink a few of the nuggets were still cold as If they were not cooked . I will never be eating at this wendys again it's absolutely disgusting & the lady on the speaker is extremely rude . Very horrible management
