Car in front is of paid for our order (which was nice) but we weren’t told and we were charged for the car behind us, which was double what our food cost. When we asked they said sorry we ran it so nothing we can do. They never told us what our total was when we got to the window so we didn’t know what they were charging the card.

The staff has always been consistent, courteous, and kind. They've seem a bit understaffed as of late. Meals, food, and things have downsized which has been disappointing. With how well the staff preforms, i hope that they are taken care of too When it comes down to it. It's nice to know if I or the family or friends needs a meal. The local Columbia city Wendy's always pulls through and takes care of us . Thank you local Wendy's staff!

I had made an order on the app. I chose to pick it up and when I got there the door was locked. So I went through the drive thru and let them know I had a mobile order. After it took 4 people to figure out where the order was, a 4th person said it was out in the lobby. So instead of just handing me the order through the drive thru, the young man at the window asked me to pull up. I asked where and he waved his hand out the window and said just somewhere up there. So I pulled up to the opening in the railing, and a man brought out my order. I apologized for the confusion and was on my way.
One of the employees dropped money on the way to work. I tried to call the store to let her know. I got maybe two words out before I was hung up on. I called back and I was blocked. So much for me being a good person.

Absolute worst location. They will screw something up, guaranteed. Its been this way for years now.
Despite knowing better, we went there last week and after reviewing my NOT complicated sandwich 7 times, it was still wrong and the remake was an abomination.

I saw the Wendy’s commercial on TV this morning about its $1 breakfast biscuit limited time special. What a deal! Finally way better than any McDonald’s deal! So I jumped in the car to go get some biscuits to try. Since there is a limit of 5 biscuits per transaction/per customer/ per day, I decided to order 1 sausage/egg/cheese biscuit, 2 bacon/egg/cheese biscuits, and 2 honey butter chicken biscuits. I just ate the sausage/egg/cheese biscuit and was really impressed at how tender and delicious the biscuit was! It is one of the best biscuits I’ve ever had from a fast food chain—or even Cracker Barrel for that matter! The sausage was perfectly spiced and very flavorful. I think I will get extra biscuits in the coming days and plan on microwaving them to warm up. I think they would probably also freeze well in zip lock freezer bags. I asked how long Wendy’s would run the special on the breakfast biscuits. She said she wasn’t sure but guessed probably about a month. So I will have to visit often!

Worst breakfast from any fast food I’ve ever had. On our way to the lake decided to stop at the closest Wendy’s because they usually they have the freshest fast food breakfast in my opinion. Welp this location by far the worst of any breakfast I’ve tasted! Had we not been trying to get to the lake I would’ve taken it straight back in for a refund. Food literally burnt and at least 2hrs old! Then they had the nerve to make us wait 10 mins being the only car in the drive through as if everything was coming up fresh! Don’t ever come to this location definitely my first and last.

Thank you Wendy's in Columbia City Indianna. They gave our family cold water and frosty for the kids when our truck broke down in 95degree heat. Thanks for being so nice, while we repaired the truck!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars—or negative—I would.
This location is a complete embarrassment to the Wendy’s brand. The level of filth throughout the restaurant was appalling. From the grime-covered soda machine to the foul, unsanitary restroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days (if ever), it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. I genuinely made eye contact with a cockroach—which is more hospitality than I got from the staff.
The employees seemed disengaged and indifferent, and the presentation of the food reflected that same laziness. It felt like no one cared, and frankly, that’s unacceptable in any dining environment.
Wendy’s corporate leadership should be ashamed. This location clearly hasn’t seen a quality inspection—or anyone in authority who gives a damn—in a very long time. If this is the standard being tolerated, something is seriously wrong.
Do better. Customers deserve better..
This place needs to learn time management waiting 20 minutes for a single meal is beyond ridiculous even when they have 5 or 6 people
Bun is hard as a rock! Staff has to wait for Mgr to get out of the restroom as he was not allowed to take our money without her approval. 10 min to make payment. They wonder why no one is coming here. Super nice Staff guy who helped us was awesome.
My mistake. Charge 9.00 for a meal and it's cold and hard! Nothing changes. Poor cook is having to do it all while the other lady just wanders around lost like a Democrat! Mumbling something about just being ridiculous.
