Again out of sauce but decided to grab two double cheese and cheesy tots for drive home. Paid and then was told to park. If we’d know along with no sauce that it would be that long of a wait for a simple order we would’ve went elsewhere, especially considering the doubles were burnt and dried out with a tiny dab of ketchup. If we’re told to wait then I’d expect fresh properly made food. This was around 6 pm and not busy. We’ve come through much later at night for same order and did not have to park to wait and food was fresh. Sounds like this shift group couldn’t care less about customer service and quality. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

I got the chicken fries and onion rings. The onion rings was soggy and not hot they was slightly warm and my chicken fries wasn't fresh. Tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. The guy at the window was rude about me asking for zesty sauce for my chicken fries. He said " that's for onion rings but whatever".

Not sure of his name but the guy in the drive thru passed the vibe check, very nice and offered my kid a crown(no one ever has in the past) that firery bacon chicken sandwich, on POINT. I've been telling everyone about it, it was so good, sad it's a limited time item
Terrible service, they denied my order just because I was on a bicycle, I don't understand their reason for denying me the food if in fast food restaurants like McDonalds (1000 times better than this) they didn't deny me the food even though it was later.
