I first had Captain D’s back home in Illinois. Swore I would never go to another one ever again. When I moved to Columbus, and saw one was here, I still felt the same. One day I decided to bury the hatchet and try it again. I am so glad I did. This location is amazing! It is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and food is very tasty!
The Columbus location is the only one I'll eat at! Just can't beat their quality of food. Their restaurant is always clean and seem to have the best staff! Plus, always reminds me of my childhood :)

I would have rated this higher, but I wound up paying over $70 for a meal for 3 people that should have cost less if the staff would have helped me put everything into combo meals. But, overall the food was not bad. The manager and all the staff were very professional throughout my experience.

Greeting and food were ok. Dining room was cold so food was immediately cold. What I found irritating is they need to update their hours. I checked their hours before dining and it says 10PM. When I was ready to leave, I went to top off my drink and everything was shutdown. Tea urns had been emptied and drink station had nozzles removed. It would be much better to let your guests know you are closing and ask them if they would like a refill before disposing of the tea. The lack of customer awareness and lack of communication with guests is ridiculous. Nice to know you do not want me in your dining room. You get it the way you want it, I will not be returning to your dining room. Congratulations!

It's not as good as it once was. We were rushed in our drive through order, food was room temp at best and super small portions of fish in what was supposed to be the giant fish
