Door Dashed this place, for a salad and main entree/drink, and spent $40. They have their pricing way too high for Door Dash orders. Also, received a paper straw, which is ironic because I received plasticware and two plastic bowls with plastic covers. Decide which way you want to go people! Either plastic or paper products. Paper straws are stupid anyway! They never last!

Food itself was good and atmosphere was nice. That's where the goodness ends. This place is pasta (small potions of protein) and soup. Salads are made with iceberg lettuce, nothing special. My family of 5 ordered 1 meal each with a drink. It was $90. Someone took our order at the cash register and handed us our food. Other than that, there is no service, yet we were also prompted to tip when paying. We were served on disposable bowls and silverware, paper straws, and napkins and then there is no table service, you're expected to clean up after yourself. What exactly are we paying so much for here?

We used to visit about once a month however now have completely stopped. I know a lot of things change over time and with different situations adjustments must be made. However in the food industry corporations ALWAYS play the cost-cutter game with the food they serve and of course, it is ALWAYS going to be cheaper quality and smaller potions at a higher price, because that is how they roll. Take for instance the mac and cheese which used to be stellar in any form is now reduced down to, basically tasting like Annie's from the local grocery store. As well as portion sizes. If I order a small size I still expect the small container to be FULL not just a small cookie scoop of food for $$, and if I order a large container it better be damn well full to the top since we are paying a premium here. Sorry that Noodles and Company have taken the plunge into the abyss of rip the customer off with the "ever shrinking product scheme" but they are sadly there....and now we will not be.

The people who work here are so, so nice, and I was so grateful to find a nearly empty restaurant with outlets for nearly every table where I could work on the computer. And I don’t want to sound ungrateful, but over time the experience began to fall apart. I couldn’t hear myself think, let alone hear a podcast, over the loud and invasive country music. (Update- they turned it down upon request.) The “Asian” food bears no resemblance to the real thing so much as overpriced Top Ramen. It’s middle of nowhere Indiana, and don’t you forget it.
