I was told to order online because of short staffing. I also ask if they had cups for the two liter soft drinks, no they don't have them or plates. The bathrooms were nasty.

They are very rude u call and tell them about your order they messed up and they start being smart I order stuffed crust and not thin crust not to mention no sauce was on it and it was dried out smh

Anytime I put in an order, Im lucky if I receive it. When I call, I get no answer. I have an order in right now, and have been waiting for over 30 minutes past my delivery eta. Keeping in mind, this is a very busy night, I called just to verify everything went through correctly and got nothing. I called 5x. Smh. Hate to say it, but I think I'm done with this specific location.

The quality of pizza is that of a frozen off brand pizza 🤮🍕🤮🤬😤😠
12 traditional wings was $21, plus tax.
Total was $49 for pizza, 5 bread sticks, and 12 hot wings!!!!!
My family eats pizza 3 to 4 nights a week.
This is the last time we eat Pizza Hut

They were so busy and short staffed. I wanted to pick it up at the carry out window. I waited for 10 mins. No one. Went inside waited another 20 minutes. Pizza was okay

Ordered online at 6:26pm. Was told it would be for pickup at 7:30pm. I arrived at the store and waited for someone to come to the front. Finally had an employee ask if i needed help at 7: 48pm. They had not made our order. Had to wait another 25 minutes. Finally got our order at 8:15pm. It was wrong and they shorted us an order of breadsticks. No refund or discount was offered. The place was filthy. Everyone in there moved at a snails pace.

I placed the order at 1PM online for a 5.30PM pickup. This was from Columbus Pizza hut at "2343 N National Rd, Columbus, IN 47201". When I went to pickup the order, the person was fairly hostile (perhaps due to the workload) and mentioned he cannot find the order by my name or phone number. I repeated my phone number again, at which point he could look up the order and instead of admitting that the order intake was missed/misplaced, he mentioned to wait for "a minute". I had to wait for 20 mins to get the order which clearly indicated that they only started working on my order after I went there for pickup. I was late for my child's birthday party which was the reason for ordering the pizzas. I understand the staff were busy but they were not courteous and did not even once "apologize", instead the person was trying to advise that one needs to order well ahead of time and not 20 minutes ahead of time if its a Friday evening pickup. I was frustrated at that point, clearly the person was making incorrect assumption about my order time, did not even realize that I had placed my order at 1 PM (WELL IN ADVANCE WITH CREDIT CARD) for a 5.30 PM pickup and did not even bother to apologize. I have ordered and picked up several times at this Pizza Hut location and this is the first time I am encountering this kind of issue. My child's birthday party was delayed and pretty much ruined.

My group of friends and I was super disappointed in our experience with pizza hut. We met there to exchange gifts and to eat dinner. Upon arrival we were not greeted and seated ourselves. We sat for a few minutes and realized no one was coming to our table, so we decided to open gifts first. After that was done, we went to the counter and ordered. They don't offer real plates, cups, or silverware anymore. They did not have any thin crust. They had 2 liters you could buy, but again, no cups or ice you could use. They had only diet pepsi, water, and green tea in the 20oz bottles. So after spending 85 dollars on 2 pizzas and 2 family order of breadsticks with some extra cups of cheese, we had to walk to Walgreens and spend another 15 dollars on our drinks. We waited about an hr for our food. And they brought it out in their boxes and handed us paper plates. I am so disappointed in our experience and will not be back. The employees at the counter were nice and they apologized for not having drinks and that's why I gave so many stars for service.

Just placed an order over the phone. Was quoted $10.99 per large 1 topping pizza. I was charged 13.99 per. I don’t remember what he said for the price of the wings, but it sure as heck wasn’t $21.49 which I was charged for. I paid over the phone. Then the delivery man shows up and tells me how much I owe before tip. I tried to call to make sure I wasn’t being double charged. No one picks up. I called the number again and pressed the number to make a new order and told that guy what happened. He told me he would connect me to the store. The call wasn’t answered. Also, I shouldn’t have had to pay that much for my food. Do not order Pizza Hut. Scam 💯.
