Worst experience ever they burnt my pizza and bread sticks and then refused to remake my sticks. Said that they knew that they were not burnt, and that she had been on the cutting table. They basically called me a liar. Both items tasted and smelled like ash, and were dark brown. Completely inedible. I had to bring the food in to get them replaced. They did replace them but the experience was terrible. That manager should be fired. That could been handled completely differently I don't have a problem proving my claims.

This place is an effing joke. No one hardly dines in here any more.The little Latino boy purposely burns food all the time so they can steal from your company for free food. Makes the rest of us have to wait for our orders and remakes.Right now, at 8.22 pm, you have two large pizzas and something else sitting on your oven as "waste"You can stand here a good 15 minutes at the register before anyone greets you. Also, you guys keep letting your minors smoke out back, and I have pics. There's no way the 2 boys are 21.Fire the useless people, shut down, or I'm calling the excise police. Seriously, y'all done pissed on my parade for the last timeThe owner, who seems to be a pretty sweet person, is way too much of a wuss to run this store. After reading replies to some very serious reviews, it's apparent you don't really want this endeavor, so at least give it to someone who can revive this place, because you aren't the one.

It's a super busy place at times and the wait is a bit longer, but over all the food is prepared correctly and with care. If the oven could do more pizzas at one time it would be better for door dashers, but customers don't complain if it's 15 or 20 minutes past expected delivery time in my exp.
After waiting over 2 hours for our order, door dash brought us the wrong order went to store to pick up right order and what a surprise when we opened the BBQ chicken pizza and there was only half a pizza, staff is rude and not helpful at all, would not recommend, they are NEVER getting our business again, not that they care but I do!

Everytime I order delivery from pizza hut they either cancel my online order without telling me or call me a 1 after 2 delivery drivers for Door dash tried picking up my order for 4 things and had to leave bc it wasn't ready they keep changing my times on me then a hour later called me to say they ran out of everything they have lost my business

Had an amazing experience tonight. I can’t remember his name but we ordered 2 cheese personal pans and 1 personal pan with pepperoni and mushrooms.We waited and they accidentally forgot to make one of the cheese personal pans.He upgraded our pizza to a medium and a free brownie!Everyone is always so nice when we take our kiddo to get his free personal pan from school.Thank you!
I ordered a pan large supreme pizza and 2 set of wings. My door dash person kept texting me when they was fixing my order and was cussing and everything they text me saying they was having problems with the fryer to do my wings the driver told me they wasn't trying to fix my wings so I called them and ask was I going to get my order and he was lying to me. He hung up on me right after that I got my money back for my wings but they sent my pizza it was throwing together wasn't cut right and the gave me the sauce but didn't give me any wings why I need the sauce but he was been a smart ass I have picture of the pizza and the box they put the sauce in I guess I suppose to lick the sauce of my hands because I didn't get any wings they could have kept the sauce. I wish I could let people see the picture of the pizza I promise myself not to order from them again I was a faithful customer for 9yrs but I pray that they get better or find people that would love to work in a pizza place and start with the manager and look at the tapes if they have video in the business because a lot of stuff is going on and need to be stop before someone sue the company about the Pizza Hut in Columbus Indiana
I miss the old pizza hut buffet days, but the lunch deal was pretty good.

I feel sorry for the employees they are very short staffed on this day and not even the general manager will come in to help them what a pity they gave them that role as GM as a GM you should come into the store whenever you are needed. Why take the job if you're not going to take a real seriously your employees are stressed out and understaffed you should be ashamed to call yourself a general manager.
