I haven't been in a Starbucks in over 10 years mainly because I don't like their uniformly burnt coffee beans...but I really wanted convenient coffee today and didn't want to go out of my way to one of the local establishments I normally frequent. My drink wasn't what I ordered and rather than have them remake it I requested a refund. The barista had an awful attitude and tried to accuse me of such. I told her I was just answering her questions. Another barista stepped in and apologized for the first one who was being rude and offered to remake the drink. She also explained they were short staffed. It's sad that one barista has to apologize for another with a rude attitude. Maybe they should pay their good employees more and work on getting better folks in there to run it.

I went to pick up an order this morning and the lady told me have a nice day and I guess because I didn’t say it loud enough for her to hear to have a good day also that she yelled out loud thank you you have a nice day too…. i’m sorry but that’s not how you treat customers ever. I work in customer service and I would never do that to a customer. I don’t care what kind of day you’re having but you don’t take it out on your customers and maybe next time think that maybe the person has earbuds in or maybe they just didn’t hear you or maybe in my case they didn’t speak loud enough for you to hear, I have noticed that most of the women in this establishment are rude as hell and if the managers don’t start doing something about it they’re not gonna have customers because eventually they’re going to get over the rudeness

Average Intelligence Productions

As a DoorDasher and driver for ubereats this place is the worst. They never acknowledge you’re standing here and we have a pickup time and they always go 5-10 minutes beyond that. Customers blame the driver when the restaurant is likely to blame. Just to be acknowledged and they start working on the order you’re picking up would be great.
