I was just delivering food for someone else. When I arrived at the restaurant, the staff told me that the order had been waiting for an hour and a half. How did I know it was an hour and a half? The system sent it to me 15 minutes ago. Several employees were laughing at me. I didn't know what their attitude was. It was disappointing.

I love this place and have come here many times. I love their smoothies like the island green it has spinach kale and pineapple it's really good. I would also recommend sub Splenda add strawberry it is incredible. Just let me tell you. Their lobby is also very clean when you walk in and it has a very tropical Vibe and they have these Beach/lawn chairs in the back that you can sit in and they were very chill to sit in. The staff is very nice and friendly when taking your order. The only problem I have with this place is basically their wait times because sometimes it can take a long time even with them not being busy sometimes I'll place a mobile order here and the wait time will go a bit over like 5:10 ish minutes to wait for my order. The food was also pretty good. I got the wrap with some chips it was pretty incredible. Also, I hate the proportionally with their smoothies they can be sometimes due to your smoothies being made in the same blender. Your smoothies being made in the same blender they'll put a full amount in one smoothie and then in the other smoothie that you have in your order they won't fill all the way which makes me kind of mad and disappointed. Also, sometimes they won't blend your smoothie all the way, and there will still be chunks in the smoothie, and sometimes the Smoothie isn't up to your standards. But I would recommend this place for a quick and chill stuff to get yourself a nice and good smoothie!

Drive through service has been pretty rough. We've been sitting here for 30 minutes.
We got our food, but they forgot our smoothies. We ended up eating our food while we sit and wait on the smoothies so it didn't get cold.
Happy to find this fresher choice for lunch. The cafe was very clean and the employees were polite.
Wheelchair accessibility: My husband's in a wheelchair and the seating gave him room to move around freely. Thank you.

It tastes good but give yourself at least 30 minutes for drive thru. Also this is my smoothie 2 hours after ordering and it's still too chunky to drink easily. Beware if you complain about sitting at window 15 minutes after paying, waiting on 1 smoothie only. a smart-mouthed teenager may be brusque with you.

I eat here at least once a week. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. The staff in this location is always as helpful as possible and very friendly. I love the rewards program and the app. I wish there were more than 2 salad options in our location but I like the 2 we have.

We very much enjoy this smoothie place over other brands. Also, an employee noticed several service men and woman sitting waiting for their orders. When he had a few together he walked over to deliver them and said to them "thank you for your service". That meant allot he thought to do that.

this was my first time going to This tropical smoothie Café location. They literally have a bunch of children working there. None of them could’ve been older than 17. Not to mention, I had a bad experience the second I went through the drive-through. I asked him if I could substitute something in the smoothie with anything without a charge And the girl said That they don’t charge to substitute. I told her I wanted to substitute for banana and she was like oh we do charge for that one. like what? I get up to The window and they took forever to give me my stuff. The service overall was really bad and the people working there acted like they didn’t know what they were doing and had the audacity to ask for a tip
