I placed an online order to he picked up today(6/22) at 12:34. I was there at 12:34 and waited well over 30 more minutes when they finally found my half melted smoothie sitting on the back counter. The whole time I was there waiting I watched them place several online orders in the online pick up area, so not sure why my smoothie was never placed there. Couldn't even have the decency to apologize for my wait or the mix up.

I was just delivering food for someone else. When I arrived at the restaurant, the staff told me that the order had been waiting for an hour and a half. How did I know it was an hour and a half? The system sent it to me 15 minutes ago. Several employees were laughing at me. I didn't know what their attitude was. It was disappointing.
I love this place and have come here many times. I love their smoothies like the island green it has spinach kale and pineapple it's really good. I would also recommend sub Splenda add strawberry it is incredible. Just let me tell you. Their lobby is also very clean when you walk in and it has a very tropical Vibe and they have these Beach/lawn chairs in the back that you can sit in and they were very chill to sit in. The staff is very nice and friendly when taking your order. The only problem I have with this place is basically their wait times because sometimes it can take a long time even with them not being busy sometimes I'll place a mobile order here and the wait time will go a bit over like 5:10 ish minutes to wait for my order. The food was also pretty good. I got the wrap with some chips it was pretty incredible. Also, I hate the proportionally with their smoothies they can be sometimes due to your smoothies being made in the same blender. Your smoothies being made in the same blender they'll put a full amount in one smoothie and then in the other smoothie that you have in your order they won't fill all the way which makes me kind of mad and disappointed. Also, sometimes they won't blend your smoothie all the way, and there will still be chunks in the smoothie, and sometimes the Smoothie isn't up to your standards. But I would recommend this place for a quick and chill stuff to get yourself a nice and good smoothie!
