Ordered a Royal Oreo Blizzard... came out just a regular blizzard .. took it to counter .. they completely ignored us standing there... finally acknowledged us.. bring it back and realized they just poured chocolate syrup on it. I was so furious!! Take it back up there and again.... there’s 5 people standing back there and they all ignore me standing there. 2 minutes goes by they finally acknowledge me.
