Whoever is working the Saturday Afternoon shift (7-6-24) at the Connersville location has got their stuff together! HUGE shout out to that team. We had a *Very specific* order via the app and they not only made sure it was 100% correct, but they made it GOOD - like old school tacobell good. We could tell our order was made with Care. They even marked out items to help tell what was what. They were polite, nice, and professional. Literally the best TB order I've had in Years. Well...read full review
Im not sure why everyone complains about the service! Everyone there was super polite and quick with their service , I had a larger order and it was out in under 5 minutes!

Taco Bell is a longstanding location, open late most nights, with a polite staff and delicious food. They are accommodating to dietary restrictions, and the food is fresh, clean, and perfectly packed. The restaurant has a specific parking lot with plenty of space and is wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for all customers. While there may have been some inconsistencies in the past, the recent experience has been exceptional, leaving a positive impression on the reviewer. The staff, although sometimes slow to take orders, are generally sweet and most customers are satisfied with their overall experience. The parking lot is usually empty as the restaurant caters more to the drive-thru. Since Austin, the new chef, has been there, the Taco Bell has improved significantly, and customers now love the place.
