“Just tried Pappy’s BBQ and the brisket grilled cheese was excellent! The brisket was tender and packed with flavor, melted perfectly between two slices of crispy Texas toast. It was a great portion—big enough to fill me up, but not over the top. Their smoky BBQ sauce really stood out—not too spicy, just full of rich flavor that paired perfectly with the sandwich. Even with pickup, everything was hot, crispy, and fresh. I’ll definitely be back!“
