I didn’t want to not recommend Arby’s because the food was great and there wasn’t a wait, however, as a teaching moment for the staff, after going thru the drive up and parking to eat we see that our fries were not in the bag. I went in and got them. I got back in our vehicle and no straws or napkins. We did have a roll of paper towels so all good there and I can live without straws
