My son was recently hired and did all the paperwork. He was so excited it was his first job. He is a 15 years old and in high school. January 3rd was his first day. Half way through his shift he called asking to be picked up. He was told he could not actually work there since he was not 16(he put 15 on the app and in mention during meeting with branch manager). He worked a little over 3.5 hours. The issue is they are refusing to pay him for the time he did work.
