We have stopped at this Cracker Barrel for several years on our way home from visiting family.
The food and service is very good.
The only thing negative like a lot of restaurants is the rest room cleaning is lacking. Plus find a brush and bleach to clean it. It’s been bad quite a while.

The chicken broccoli cheddar dinner on Wednesdays. I am, however, that smaller meals are no longer available, except force few. Not everyone wants the small dinner of meatloaf every time.

Went for an early lunch, carry out. Very helpful when ordering. Quoted 10 to 15 mins, took atleast 25 mins. Weren't very busy. Food was average. General store there was AMAZING as always

Becoming like Denny's pretty small portions.
Kind of overpriced, kind of feels like I got mugged.

Ran out of silverware, soup was ice cold, French fries were raw. Had turkey and dressing turkey was overcooked like rubber.

Can't believe how consistently poor our experience has been with location over the past year. To-go orders are always cold and or missing items. Plates, cutlery, and cups are so coated with hard water that old food and specks stick. Quality and cleanliness have gotten so bad from out experience at this location that we are personally writing this location off for us. Not sure what happened this place used to be a go to for us. Wait staff has generally been good.

I came in on Wednesday and was absolutely amazed with everything. Our server, Heaven, went above and beyond in every aspect and was super sweet and friendly the entire time. She’s a keeper! We will be returning, the food was also above par and came out at a decent time considering how busy it was. Great job Cracker Barrel!

The Host was really nice! Bad presentation of food. The taste & quality was not the best. Definitely not worth what I paid for the food. Would definitely not be my 1st choice to eat at again.

Crackers Barrell has always been a family favorite. Not today. While seated promptly, we waited 45 minutes for food that was just adequate. Chicken fried steak was hard and dry. Was told they were short staffed only after inquiring 35 minutes in. Went to the women's restroom to find NO toilet paper in the stall. Waited 20 minutes to have coffee refilled. Please do better.

You can be 100 years old, but if you want a beer with dinner after traveling all day, they won't let you order one if you left your ID at the hotel. (I'm 52 years old) But your husband can order one and he can share it with you??...make that make sense
**Edit** it only got worse....out of Miller lite and baked potatoes that husband tried to order, out of broccoli for me, when asked what I'd like to substitute I chose coleslaw, nope out of that too. Ended up just skipping the second side. Waited just over an hour for our food. Had to ask for silverware, she dropped 2 forks in the bread basket and walked away. Spreading butter with a fork is a pain. Had to ask for a glass of water 3 times. Got a mumbling attitude when checking out bexause we didnt want to become a rewards member. Overall one of the worst dining experiences. Will avoid All cracker barrels from now on.

For the second time the biscuits were hard as a rock. Crawfordsville, Indiana location needs improvement.

Waited over a half hour for beer and never got offered any other drink or water in the meantime. Then told they were out of the 3 beers that I ordered. Waited for an hour on food. The order was wrong. I do a gluten free diet and requested no gravy. The entire plate was drowned in it and then cook told waitress they can't do "no gravy". My husbands catfish was extremely dark, greasy and very obviously overcooked and in the oil far too long. H3 couldn't even cut part of it with a knife. They were also out of hushpuppies that were suppose to be with his order and never got offered a different side. We also never got offered our cornbread and biscuits within the entire time we waited. Finally asked about at least getting those to hold us over and got them after having to ask 3 times. The green beans were not the ones that they typically serve. They were ones straight out of the can with absolutely nothing done with them. My daughter and son both ordered chicken tenders and they only had 2 of the 6 sauces that they list on the menu. The manager and kitchen staff was dismisive and rude to our waitress and to another party and their complaints as well. My husband has had multiple negative past experiences and now refuses to return. Definitely need new management or something. I feel like this was more than just a bad/off evening😒
