Made an online order later into the night, drive to pick it up and they tell us they dont have any tortillas so they couldn't make any food. How do you run a taco bell so poorly that you run out of the 1 ingredient that you need for basically everything. Also if they were out then why was I able to still place the order. Thats silly.

This Taco Bell location needs immediate attention went in the men's room piss on floor puke on wall next to toilet the toilet is completely filthy as well as the rest of the restroom dining area we have dirty floors dirty tables found old strawberry's in the drain tray on the drink dispenser looks like they've been there a week got our food had to wait for someone to comeback to give us our drinks took about 5 min but I will say the only positive thing about this location is the food I give it a 3/5.

When we arrived her there was one couple sat and eating their dinner. There were no employees in sight. You have to use a computer touch screen kiosk to place your order. Then you sit and wait for someone to actually pop out of the woodwork and holler your order number. We tried the new chicken nuggets out, why not everyone likes nuggies. The nuggets were tiny, burnt, rubbery/super chewy and they didn't even give us the amount we ordered. We also got some chalupas and nachos. Those were at least edible but, nothing extraordinary or even worthwhile of mentioning. I would have complained while at this location except, you couldn't find an employee. We were there almost 45 minutes and only saw 1 employee for a mere 2 seconds. This is not my idea of a good place to eat. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that it was quiet and peaceful because no one was there.

I have been here twice and both times they have let me down. The first time they literally did not cook my food. This time they missed half my order, threw it in a to go bag even though we were dining in. Also don't order extra cheese because you will not get it. The cross contamination in their cheese gets annoying too.

Very disappointed again I spend 20 bucks to feed myself and even the stuff I get that doesn't come with lettuce every bite I get a piece of lettuce. I have to throw away half my food everytime. I even heard one employee say something about the lettuce and still put it in the bag. I know im complicated by only getting meat and cheese but it's everytime. Another 20 bucks in the trash like last time I came here. Terrible everytime. Even the potatoes were bad I literally didn't get to eat and spent $20 on food. Way to steal my 20 bucks. I guess I have to go somewhere else and buy food now. I come here after basketball every Sunday and I hate to say it but there is no way I'm coming back tired of buying and not getting to eat dinner. I'm literally the easiest customer. Meat and cheese. When you don't ever eat veggies it ruins your food. There is no veggie I can eat

Passing thru. Ordered inside, only had cash so waited to pay at the counter. Everyone disappeared. Walked out after 5 minutes. Decided to try the drive thru. Ordered a chicken cantina bowl. Recieved a bowl of rice with 7 black beans and 3 pieces of chicken(yes I counted) Place is a joke! Will be sure to not stop again.
