Always top-notch service from Dan and the staff at Biggby Crown Point. This is by far my very favorite Biggby as they do such a fantastic job--other neighboring Biggbys can't even seem to get the Chai Latte done correctly, sadly. Please, Dan, look to Lowell next--I need a well-run Biggby near work!

Love this place!! First time trying, they had fresh food, I got a blueberry muffin and my friend got a chocolate chip cookie. I also got a pumpkin frappé type drink. It was delicious and she got the pína colada one. ❤️🎃🧡🧁😋🍪

This store is not busy it's very sad to come in and pick up your food knowing that it's should be ready but it hasn't even been started because everybody is too busy in the back complaining about what they got to do.

Honestly, the coffee is great, but it does not even compare to the service we got! The owner was so incredibly kind and even gave us food recommendations for our trip to Indianapolis! Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks :)

I stopped at the gas station here in hopes of finding a winter edition redbull, but the manager here at biggby reeled me in by offering me a free coffee! It was absolutely delicious, and I also got a cup of donut holes which were also delicious! Highly recommend!
