Out of all the Chick-fil-A‘s in our area I prefer the one in Crown Point because 99% of the time they get every single thing right in the orders. To where the other ones we constantly have to say hey you forgot this hey you forgot that. The staff is very good at their jobs very friendly, which shows how good management is there. We’ve never had a bad experience since the day they opened and we usually go eat there 2 to 4 times a month to this specific restaurant.
I always know the food will be fresh and hot at Chick-fil-A. Customer service if exceptional. And when I was last there Anna was very friendly and by her smile and energy I can tell she loved her job and the coworkers she was working with. A great team!
