“The upstairs bartender, Aaron C. does the work of 2 bartenders. I sat at the bar...he served me my lunch. He was very friendly and fast. The upstairs was loaded with like 50 guests from a baseball team? So he was VERY busy. But that didn't stop him from speed, accuracy and friendliness! Best bartender ! He deserves a raise!“

“It's 5 Guys, what's not to like? As 5 Guys goes, it's on the smaller side, but its the same old 5 Guys. Burgers and dogs off the griddle are tasty. An abundance of fries with every order. Peanuts for the wait, or if you are artistic, grab a note card, crayons, and have at it.“

“Very excellent bar to settle down in. All the bartenders are very friendly and they get to know you very quickly if you become a regular. I've had really good conversation with all the other patrons and barkeeps, some of whom that I've come to call my friends. Really great atmosphere. This bar is a one in a million.“

“My kids didn't get the toys with their meals which were the kids meals. And the girls that work their were rude and said Well they aren't getting the toys to bad. We all left before I got really rude.
Kid-friendliness: Some staff are nice to the kids. Others aren't and are rude
Wheelchair accessibility: It's nice they have wheelchair access.“

“Went through the drive through and got some ice cream. The drive through people at this place are exceptional at their jobs, doesn't matter what time of day, they are very good in the service they perform.
They get it. They know good customer service and how to do it.“

“When we first moved to NWI, we first visited Pops when they were located closer to Jewel. At first, when we ordered our beef juicy, the beef was still dry. Over the years, they have gotten better. The beef is juicy, tender, and tasty. So juicey that now, they wrap your beef and then put your wrapped beef inside a plastic bag for take out orders. The beef here is much better than the overrated beef sandwich at Portillos. The large order of fries is enough to share.“

“I went there after a 12 hour shift last night , got a Big Mac Meal and a QTR Pounder w cheese meal, the patties on the Big Mac were small and both orders of fries were not only cold, but stale and hard too. It's like they didn't even care, how long do they let those fries sit there??? Seriously disappointed, but I was too tired to go back!!!“

“My sister and I were working at the fair, and we had to go pick up a few things , so we stopped for lunch.
As you know, you can only eat and afford so much fair food.
We stopped here at Schoops, they make the best Burgers and French fries.
The service was the best I've had at a Schoops. The server was very friendly and happy, it showed she enjoyed her job. Which makes it better for the customers.
The food was fresh and hot. And it tasted so good...
Parking: Parking is very limited. They definitely need more parking.“
