This is the 2nd time ive went to this store and didnt get what I paid for. Waited in the drive through for 15 min.. was looked at 3 times but ignored. I already paid for my meal and the customers inside didnt. Why was I ignored. Ordered 2 bowls, double steak and didnt get it. Didn't get cheese, didnt get corn, delt with an attitude from the worker. It was like no one was in charge just a bunch of teens without any idea of where to go. I will take my time and drive to another store, this has happened too many times at this location.

The manager told me “ I don’t know why you looking at her “ I’m the manager omg I just moved here I will never come to this chipotle again if you ever want to try a chipotle try the one on Main Street they are so nice avoid this one at all cost the managers attitude today in the evening was disgusting!
The customer service was disappointing. I waited about 4 minutes before anyone took my order, and during that time not one employee greeted me, even though several made eye contact. When Gentle checked me out, she didn’t hand me my bag or my cup; instead, she placed the cup next to the bag (where the server had put it) and simply walked away. This came across as rude and unprofessional, and it’s not a good representation of Chipotle/owner of this location.

I placed an order on the app. I ordered a kids meal quesadilla and got the option to choose my protein which I chose steak. I picked up my order, drove home and when I got there, I noticed there was no meat. I drove back and told the employee what happened. I then asked if she could give me a side of steak. I was then told I can’t just give away free steak. I then told her I wasn’t looking for free steak then she told me to come inside Or I had to place another order through the app. Very rude.

This place needs to get their act together. It keeps getting worse. You work in food and at a place that lets customers customize their order because maybe they can't eat certain foods. Tonight I spent $18 on a bowl they completely messed up, it is like they didn't want to read the order or just felt like messing it up. My mouth is swollen because they put on items they were not asked to. I hope a manager sees this.

Bit crowded at the line and staff needs to work on keeping up cleanliness of the buffet serving area. Sliding food bowls and bags thru the mess on the counter. I had to ask for another bag because there was sour cream smeared on the bottom of the bag.

I ordered a burrito for pickup and had asked for extra rice. I noticed it was fairly small so I opened it up and there was about a 1/4 cup of rice. I am never going back to this location.

Worker was very tushy on the order and the whole station was super messy. Food looked old and they already had there chairs up at 10:20pm when they don’t close till 11. I was super hungry so I was like whatever even tho it looked messy it was going into my bowl bc I like the things but if I didn’t that would be disgusting each tub like corn had sour cream in it the gauc had cheese and other stuff in it and was brown. The hot honey chicken was not made right what so ever had so much spice on it that made it taste bad nasty. Had a couple bites and then asked for a refund and why was like why. And I told her it looked nasty not fresh and the chicken didn’t taste good and she was like okay well do you want me to remake it like no it’s taste nasty and you have all the same dirty stuff out. With food fixed with everything. Then she was like okay well what do you want I was likyour receipt like what if I threw it away also you can’t go in your system and look it up. Then she’s like you can’t throw it away in a rude voice and the other coworkers looked like they were all having a bad day and rushing even tho there was 5 people still working not even anyone besides me in the place.

I always eat here and I have to say that stops today. Got food here the last 2 weeks, and both times I got food poisoning. Idk what yall are doing here but something is up with the food.
