Not once was I greeted upon walking in the door. There was a young man training, looking lost as all heck, and at least two people were more concerned with cleaning than helping me. The girl who made my food then ran off to hand food out to the drive thru without letting me know that someone would be with me soon to ring me up. The cashier was the only one to greet me and offer the only polite words of my visit.

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to.
I waited 35 minutes for a bowl and a burrito.
When I got home neither one had any guac (I paid $2.70 extra for each).
I think there were more workers than customers.

Absolutely ridiculous.

They need someone in there who knows what they are doing and actually cares about doing a good job.

I ordered $300 in catering. Two 10 person catering orders. I received one of them. I tried calling FOUR times, but you can’t call the stores directly! I paid $300.67 for $140 worth of food, and Chipotle, after more than a week of back and forth, has offered me a free 10 person catering, and finally refunded me….$75.17! They only refunded HALF of my missing food, DESPITE THE FACT THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES TOLD THEM THEY DID NOT MAKE $140 WORTH OF FOOD!!!! ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will NEVER order from them again!!!

This place is not clean, filthy! Just opened on a Sunday, not a clean tray, utensil, counter, table, floor, or respectful customer service who rolled her eyes at me when I pointed it out. Boycott this Chipotle until they get better!

Ordered a chicken burrito bowl and guacamole with chips. It tastes as if they ran out of salt and other seasonings. The guac is as bland as a straight up avocado as well as the rice, beans and chicken. Quite frustrating. Had a few bites, mixed it up and discovered there is little flavor anywhere.

I went in at 9:50 and there were cleaning supplies all on top of the Bain near the food. There was no chicken which is all I can eat I asked if there was even any in the drive thru Bain and they told me no they probably only said it because I asked if they were out. Thank God they were out it might have been cleaning chemicals on my food! I came in said hello and no one even greeted me. If you don’t like your job don’t work at fast food restaurants goofies!

I ordered online a burrito and a salad. When I got home the burrito was half the size of my hand. Unacceptable for paying $10+. I returned to the store -15 min drive to have this remade as it was all tortilla with almost no rice or anything else for that matter. I showed the staff and they proceeded to request Bri (manager?). I explained this was unacceptable and just wanted to have my burrito remade. She had complete attitude and refused to remake it stating I “had nothing on it”. She seemed like she just wanted to argue/fight. I’ve ordered this burrito once to twice a week and never received a tiny burrito. She was completely rude, informed me to call the “number on the bag” and wanted me to leave. I find it extremely hard to accept that this is how you would want your managers to respond to your customers.

Love this stuff! I'm a type 2 diabetic, if smart choices are made this is a safe and tasty fast food. I find the staff at most places in general react to the way you treat them. Be respectful and polite and it typically comes back at you the same way. If I had to whine about something it would be the occasional brown guacamole. That said, I just avoid it if it looks funky. Go get ya some!

This is the 2nd time ive went to this store and didnt get what I paid for. Waited in the drive through for 15 min.. was looked at 3 times but ignored. I already paid for my meal and the customers inside didnt. Why was I ignored. Ordered 2 bowls, double steak and didnt get it. Didn't get cheese, didnt get corn, delt with an attitude from the worker. It was like no one was in charge just a bunch of teens without any idea of where to go. I will take my time and drive to another store, this has happened too many times at this location.
