The audacity to charge $10-$15 dollars for a bowl of rice and skimping on the rest of the ingredients. It appears to be a directive from management to cut cost. Quality and customer experience is clearly no longer a priority. Skip altogether.

They have done it again! Despite asking for a sofritas bowl (as I am vegetarian and don’t eat meat), they were careless enough to include meat in my bowl! That’s after they messed up with the payment (online order was accepted and payment deducted, and chipotle was closed that day, did not even reverse the transaction by themselves until I called them). And then you find meat in the order. What’s the point of ordering a specific bowl!!

The employees don't know how to use their brains and have the one guy waiting for chicken step aside and keep the line moving. Instead they let everyone wait 25 min for the 1 guy.

Way too much rice, steak was tough and chewy, They stuffed my grandsons burrito so full the wrap ripped and they put another around it and it tore as well. It was mainly rice, and it was so messy he couldn't hold it to eat it. It was cold. $50 of cold slop!

Just ordered through door dash from this store. I Ordered a Bowl with Double Steak, Rice, Corn Salsa, Sour Cream and Cheese with Lettuce and when I got my order it came with No Steak at all! This is totally unacceptable!

The lobby area was very unclean and I had to ask twice for someone to wipe and clean tables.. The management was unprofessional and they should be wearing hairnets.
First time. Food was fresh atmosphere was jovial. Could be repeat customer!
Vegetarian options: I have been semi veg for years. Blood sugar next day was 134!
