Long story short, my husband took our son there today (Our son is on the autism spectrum) & To be honest, having a child with the disability can definitely be challenging at times, especially how in the public because people are not understanding-- Yeah, well this wasn't the case with the gentleman that helped them today. Our son is semi-verbal, but only to communicate needs & The man was really patient with our son and so kind. Our son kept pointing to a few different items in the case, But the man took his time with them and it was just really, really, really sweet.
I know to a lot of people this seems minuscule, but as parents to a child and autism spectrum this means the absolutely WORLD TO US. Thank you for being kind to our baby & treating him as a human being 💙💙

The service was good and the employees were nice. We bought a box of the prepacked mini cinnabons. When we warmed some up at home, they were raw in the middle. All of them in the box were the same, like they should have been baked longer.

This location is clean, smells good, and the staff are absolutely amazing, they all deserves way more than what they are being paid I’m sure.
Customer service level was outstanding, ordered a Pepperoni big pretzel and an original big pretzel, they had to make the pepperoni one fresh as there was no more which was about a 5 minute wait, while waiting a Carmel pecan on caught my eye and I tried to purchase it as I left with my items I ordered and they told me no, it was on them because of the wait.
I am not one to turn down free food, so I thanked them profusely and assured them I didn’t mind the wait for the fresh food, but it definitely made my night, and my moms too.

I purchased a regular large Cinnabon with extra frosting because they don't come with much frosting. The Cinnabon itself was very chewy and dry. The frosting tasted like sugar with very little to no cream cheese flavor.. For $7

The rolls were average, but one of the ladies at front counter is looney. She accuses customers of nonsense and is very confrontational. She refuses to provide her name. 👎 Not purchasing anything from this location again. Will let everyone I know about the harrassment.

The service was great by very nice people. This Cinnabon/ Auntie Anne’s has yummy products you’ve never seen before!!! I love the pizza pretzels, pretzel dogs, the Cinnabon cookies, caramel pecanbon of course Cinnapaks w extra frosting kills it! I love this place. Gotta’ try some new stuff each time!! They have a lot of drinks, too. So happy they opened here.

Wait times are ridiculous . Been there twice and both times waited over 30 minutes for a pretzel.
