The guy who took the order proceeded to make my drink without washing his hands and was initially mopping the floor . Then the drink was banged on the counter to have another lady yell my drinks name. No manners or customer service

We were traveling from Lafayette and needed to stop for coffee and donuts for the kids. They wanted the spider donuts for Halloween. It was busy, but the line went fast. Ordered our coffee and the kids donuts and got back in the car. The customer was very helpful opening the door for me with my little nephew in one hand and coffees in another. Was very nice of him.

Come on! Cashier wearing one glove, handling actual money with the customer before me, when I order she goes to grab my food with her gloved hand. I had to ask her to use a paper to touch my food. She put the donut back that she touched. Disgusting!!!

This location is a joke. I've been to many Dunkin Donuts and I've never had any problems like I've had at this one. When I first started going to this location they always forgot to put bacon on my avocado toast but that has recently stopped. My latest problem now is I ALWAYS have to wait for my food but I really don't mind that when the service is good but the last time the service was not good. I waited for 15 min for a bacon,egg, and cheese sandwich and hashbrowns. There were only 6 vehicles that went thru the drive thru after me. I honestly thought they forgot about me so I decided to go in. As I walked in, a guy and a girl are there behind the counter and I said, "Did you guys forget about me?" They both stared at me and then the girl said, "What?" I repeated myself and then instead of saying "I'm so sorry about the wait, here's your food", like they usually do, the girl, who said her name was Abby, said, "There was a rush of cars, I'll bring it out to you." I didn't say anything back because #1, 6 cars in 15 min is not a rush and #2 that was not good customer service Abby. Mihir you need to hire better people who actually know how to provide decent customer service. Or maybe they need better employee training?

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They allow you make purchases ahead of time and without any of the products you purchase. Then you get to the restaurant and they are like oh sorry we're completely out of that. They don't even offer you anything else and just tell you the only thing you can do is get a refund through the app. Which means having to call customer service and be on hold for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to pick up and then having to jump thru many hoops just to get told it will take 10 to 14 business days to get your refund put back on your card. If I could put no stars they would get none.

Went to the DD on Broadway in CP, service was good but got two breakfast sandwiches and a loaded HB. Sandwiches were ok(somewhat warm)after I got rid of the extra croissant not needed. The Loaded HB were overcooked, cold and very salty

Super lonely building. not many customers. quiet and clean. food was okay.. hashbrowns were not crispy but my kid ate them still. Coffee was made good.
