We ordered the ALL you can eat ribs...they brought the first round out and they were good. When we tried to order more we were told they were out. Mind you there was only 1 table sat when we came in. And it was about 6pm. When we questioned the waitress she asked if we wanted to speak to the manager. I said yes. She came back a few minutes later and said they magically had 2 refills after all. Never did get to speak to the "manager". False advertisement at its finest....read full review
Horrible service. NOT disability friendly. Would never recommend anyone with children to eat here. Disgusting behavior from what i’m assuming is the manager.
Food was just warm. Bacon was not crispy as asked. Wait staff need to dress more professional (sweatpants and hoodies!!) Waitress never came back to refill coffee. Not a very friendly atmosphere.
