Glorious Coffees and Teas

They have a huge menu. But all good stuff. I have tried so many of their drinks and in my opinion better than the big brands out there. Employees seem to be loving their job cuz service is top notch. We will be back sooner than you think

This has been my favorite coffee spot since it was Gloria Jeans. The chillers are so good and I haven't found a place that makes something similar to it. My only complaint is that the guy who was working the drive thru window was rude. I asked for a peppermint mocha chiller. When I was handed my drink, it said mint chocolate bomb on it. These are 2 different drinks. When I said something, he said "peppermint means mint and mocha means chocolate. That's the same thing" his tone was very condescending. In the end the drink was incorrect and didn't taste the same as what I ordered so it ended up in the trash. Their drinks are not cheap so this was disappointing.

They technically still here but when I went it's a Protein Bar & Kitchen drive thru also. If you order different things from here you'll get a receipt for the glorious coffee/teas menu and one for the protein bar/kitchen menu. Staff were prioritizing the drive thru customers so if you walk in you might end up waiting longer depending on your order

Amazing Service. I ordered online and I didn’t know have an option to get no ice in my boba milk tea drink. So when I got the drink it had ice in it. I called them and told them about my issue, and they were very nice and apologized and replaced my food very quickly!! Top notch service, thank you.

We went and got 4 Boba Teas. The tapioca was hard and you couldn't even bite it. I asked for my money back and they admitted they knew the bobas were old but was making a fresh batch. I was told I'd get my money credited back in 3 to 4 days. A week later I call and said I was never refunded. Said they would take care of it. A week later still nothing. Terrible customer service. Won't be back.

Got a matcha latte. Tasted nothing like a typical matcha latte. Tasted weirdly fruity and sweet? My friend got the same and didn't like it either. Their coffee is good though! Just don't get a matcha latte?

The white chocolate caramel is my favorite. The mall locations closed so when I am in CP, I gotta make a stop.
